Reviews from Google
I honestly couldn’t recommend this beach yoga class enough. The class size was small and intimate, set in the most breathtaking surroundings — practicing yoga with the sound of the waves and fresh sea air was pure magic. The teacher is truly exceptional: fun, incredibly knowledgeable, endlessly patient, and so inspiring. As an intermediate yogi, I really appreciated how she challenged me in a supportive and encouraging way. She pushed me just enough to step outside my comfort zone while always making me feel safe and capable. Thanks to her guidance, I achieved poses I’d never even attempted before — including my very first headstand and crow pose, which I honestly never thought I’d be able to do. The way she breaks down poses and builds confidence is amazing. A beautiful class, a brilliant teacher, and an unforgettable experience.
We stayed in Aonang for few days and decided to do something diffent, so we booked yoga class on the beach. And it was the best yoga classes we’ve ever had! Our tacher Den made this evening really special. Our group was on so many different levels in yoga but Den still managed to make all of us feel seen and taken care of. She was very kind, patient and proffesional. We even tried hand stands for the first time! When I think about my trip to Thailand, yoga classes with Den is the thing that I miss the most 🤍 If anyone hesitates - don’t! It’s the most beautiful memory You can collect 🤍
Had a fantastic 90-minute session with Den. Doing yoga right in front of the beach made the experience feel even more special and serene. Den is an amazing instructor who knows how to perfectly balance relaxation with physical challenge. She pushed us to try new things while making sure everyone was comfortable and safe. Great atmosphere and great energy!

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
