The Green Room Yoga
Tucked away on Sukhumvit Soi 31, this wellness studio has earned a devoted following among Bangkok residents and visitors alike for its calm, restorative atmosphere. Beyond regular yoga classes for all experience levels, The Green Room is particularly well regarded for its sound bath sessions and professional sound therapy training programs, with visiting practitioners describing the space as an oasis from the energy of the surrounding city. The studio also offers yoga teacher training, including a 200-hour YTT program led by experienced instructors. The atmosphere is a consistent highlight in visitor feedback, with the studio described as peaceful, positive, and welcoming from the moment you arrive. Whether dropping in for a single class, attending a sound bath for the first time, or pursuing structured training, the environment is designed to support both beginners and experienced practitioners. The Sukhumvit 31 location is accessible from many of Bangkok's central hotels and is well served by the BTS Asok and Phrom Phong stations. Good to know: Specific class schedules, pricing, and booking details are not readily available online, so it is advisable to reach out to the studio directly through social media before making a trip. First-time visitors are generally encouraged to arrive a few minutes early, and lightweight, breathable clothing is practical given Bangkok's heat and humidity.

Visitor Reviews
The Green Room Yoga has become one of my favorite studios in Bangkok since I started coming here regularly. One evening I joined a sound bath session for the first time and loved it so much that I signed up for the 20-hour sound therapy training the same weekend. It turned out to be such a wonderful experience! Jen brought a wide variety of instruments, and taught in such a bright and welcoming way, always answering our questions with patience. The group vibe felt safe and warm as well. I really like the community spirit of The Green Room Yoga that makes Bangkok feel like a home I can always return to.
Attended the 20-hour sound therapy training with Jen over the weekend and it was an amazing experience. Highly recommended! We were able to explore various sound instruments in a calm and supportive environment. I also enjoyed the small class size. Jen demonstrated quality sound bathing every day, soaking ourselves in her beautiful sound therapy is worth a thousand words. Through this training program, I was able to enhance my knowledge and skills on sound therapy, build confidence and identify room for improvement. Thank you very much Jen and my peer trainees. ❤️❤️❤️
The green room has become my favorite yoga studio. I am so lucky discovering this place. The vibe and atmosphere are very calm and positive. I completed my 200 YTT here with the lead teacher Stacey Kim. She guided us tru the YTT, keep encouring us and ensure we are safed for practicing yoga pose. She always sending a posive vibe and reminds us we are stronger than what we though. I would say that it is more than what I have expected. Let's try!!!! You will find the different of Yoga teaching style that you will truly fall in love with. 😊☺️🤍❤️

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
