Cyan Spa
Tucked into the relaxed surroundings of Fisherman's Village in Bophut, this well-regarded spa offers a broad menu of wellness treatments including traditional Thai massage, body scrubs, nail care, hair care, and sauna facilities. Its location away from the more commercialised parts of Koh Samui gives it a quieter, more unhurried feel, and the space itself is consistently praised for its calm atmosphere and high standards of cleanliness. The therapists are noted for their professionalism and ability to calibrate pressure to each guest's preference. For those looking to spend longer, the signature Cyan Package runs for over three hours and is widely considered strong value for money. Two-hour full-body and leg massage combinations are another popular choice, and guests frequently mention falling asleep during treatment — a reliable indicator of both comfort and technique. The spa opens daily from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, making it a natural fit for an evening wind-down after dinner or a stroll through Fisherman's Village. Good to know: Cyan Spa accepts cash only, and signage at the entrance makes this clear upon arrival, so it is worth coming prepared. Booking ahead through cyanspa-samui.com is advisable during peak season, particularly for longer treatment packages where preferred time slots can fill quickly.

Visitor Reviews
Just had probably one of the best massages of my life here at cyan spa. The price for a 2 hour full body + leg massage is literally unbeatable. The atmosphere is so peaceful I fell asleep during my massage. I had Nam as my massage therapist and she was soooo amazing. I left her a big tip because the price of the actual massage was so low. And when we were wrapping up my massage she cracked my body like a glow stick. It felt so good. You can also get a mani/pedi facing the beach for great ocean views. I had the natural oil massage, but I think next time I’m going to try the CBD massage. They have such a wide range of treatments you can choose from. If I had more time in koh samui I’d come daily just to try a new one everyday. I can’t wait to come back here! Thank you Nam and all of the Cyan staff for such a wonderful experience!
Absolutely loved my experience here! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming—exactly what you want from a great massage parlour. The staff were professional and attentive, and the massage itself was top-tier. Pim and Sri were amazing—skilled, friendly, and they really knew how to tailor the treatment to what my body needed. Walked out feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend!
Really lovely spa, super clean with very friendly staff. I got the cyan package which was over 3 hours and great value for money. I didn't realise they only accept cash, when you walk in there are signs to let you know. There is an ATM less than a minute walk away but it doesn't accept AMEX lucky I had just enough cash for the treatment. I will definitely be returning.

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
