Cyan Spa
Bring cash. That's the first thing to sort out here, because the signs at the door are the only warning you'll get, and there's an ATM a minute's walk away that won't take AMEX. Get that right and the rest is easy.
The treatment menu runs wide: traditional Thai massage, body scrubs, nail and hair care, sauna. The Cyan Package stretches past three hours and is the one regulars point to for value. Two-hour full body plus leg combinations are the other favourite. Reviewers name their therapists, which tells you something, and the recurring theme is pressure done properly, strong when you ask for it, adjusted when you don't. Falling asleep mid-massage comes up more than once. Manicures and pedicures are done facing the beach, so you get an ocean view with your nails.
Being in Fisherman's Village at Bophut, it works best as an evening thing. Eat, walk the village, then come in and let someone undo the day.

Just had probably one of the best massages of my life here at cyan spa. The price for a 2 hour full body + leg massage is literally unbeatable. The atmosphere is so peaceful I fell asleep during my massage. I had Nam as my massage therapist and she was soooo amazing. I left her a big tip because the price of the actual massage was so low. And when we were wrapping up my massage she cracked my body like a glow stick. It felt so good. You can also get a mani/pedi facing the beach for great ocean views. I had the natural oil massage, but I think next time I’m going to try the CBD massage. They have such a wide range of treatments you can choose from. If I had more time in koh samui I’d come daily just to try a new one everyday. I can’t wait to come back here! Thank you Nam and all of the Cyan staff for such a wonderful experience!
Really lovely spa, super clean with very friendly staff. I got the cyan package which was over 3 hours and great value for money. I didn't realise they only accept cash, when you walk in there are signs to let you know. There is an ATM less than a minute walk away but it doesn't accept AMEX lucky I had just enough cash for the treatment. I will definitely be returning.
What a spot, came in for a body scrub and ive never been so relaxed. Absolutely the best massage I've had in Thailand. Jeab was my masseuse, and she was perfect with pressure. Will definitely be back. Thank you Jeab. ❤️❤️

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
