DADA Massage Kanchanaburi
Proper stretching is the thing here. Plenty of places in Thailand hand you a "Thai massage" that amounts to a lie-down and some polite pressing, so a therapist who'll actually work you through the stretches is worth going out of your way for. Reviewers who clearly know the difference single it out, and one describes the sport-and-Thai combination as rare service. That's the reason I'd send you to this small studio in Tha Makham rather than whatever's nearest your guesthouse.
The other option worth knowing about is the neck, shoulders and back treatment, which people say still takes in the rest of the body rather than leaving you half-done. Good for anyone who's spent a day rattling around on the Death Railway or on a scooter. Feet get looked after too. Dada and her team come up by name again and again, always for the same reasons: kind, professional, unhurried.
Groups are handled well. Several reviewers turned up as a party of four and were fitted in the same day, which is unusual for a place this size.

Reviews from Google
I had an amazing experience at Dada massage. Everyone was so friendly, and I felt so relaxed afterwards. She was able to accommodate massages for my whole group. My shoulders, neck, and back massage was a great value. They focused on those areas, but a whole body massage was included.
Dada and her staff, they do know how to massage 👍 It is not so sure at all in Thailand. My sport/thai-massage include also good stretching as well 👌 And that is rare service.
Amazing massage! I highly recommend, they took care of our feet

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
