Visitor Reviews
While I was vacationing in Thailand, I found a little gem of a yoga studio. What impressed me the most about Tri Yoga was the combination of professionalism & fun. Tae & Aom are the owners & instructors. They both have similar yet differences in their styles of teaching. Which is beneficial for their students. You get the Yin & the Yang affect! But that being said, they both have a hands-on approach. They encourage you as well as challenge you. They instinctively know when you're ready for a little push or if you need an alignment adjustment. The atmosphere is wonderful & the energy during the classes is amazing. You will hear many moans & groans throughout the classes, followed by sighs of relief & then laughter. The laughter is so contagious, I found myself laughing with everyone, even though I don't speak a word of Thai. The classes are taught in English & Thai. The yogis that attend morning classes are friendly & helpful. They even were proactive in helping me obtain transportation too & from class. Tri Yoga Studios have embraced the Hua Hin locals & those who are traveling through. All are welcome. Also their prices are very competitive. Whether you drop in or choose to purchase one of their several package options. I highly recommend this place for beginners as well as advanced yogis. You can always go beyond your last class. Sometimes life gives you unexpected wings to fly. My wife and me started in 2022 to try out yoga after I experienced sciatica & hernia over the years. Could hardly sport without injuries and always recovering from backpain problems. I didn’t know that yoga is a healing art in movements. You need to believe and let go all prejudices if yoga is new for you. You learn, experience and listen to the master of yoga Ms Tae. She is such an amazing personality since she guides you into the world of yoga. Mindfulness at a 5-star level is what she shares. The body still have the ability to heal itself as long as you work on it and willing to change. I am honering my new lifestyle now and opening doorways to deeper awareness. Doing the private classes together with my wife gave a new perspective on our family life(style) as well. Hands down for Ms.Tae Sophanit. Thank You Thank You for being part and a start of a new healthy lifestyle and keep on inspiring people to the Yoga World you practice.
I have known Kru Tae for over five years and have attended many of her classes.. A few things come to mind. Her sequencing and and queueing of the asanas are very good. Begin able to do this leads to a natural progression to the peak pose in class. She is very focused on proper alignment too. Hands on adjustments are welcomed as the student knows that she has the knowledge to do this safely . She also has a good command of the English language. (and also has a pleasant personality and a warm smile.) Her classes can be strong and demanding( with many options for all levels from beginner to advance students) but, there is always some time for some light hearted humor and laughter. Her hip opener classes are not to be missed!
Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
