Laciana By The Sea Original
Laciana By The Sea Original occupies a casual, home-style setting along the Hua Hin coastline, offering open-air dining with direct views over the water. The Mediterranean-influenced decor and informal, lived-in atmosphere give it a distinctly residential character that separates it from more polished beachfront venues in the area — a quality that repeat visitors and first-timers consistently single out. The menu draws from both Thai and Western influences, with fresh seafood forming the backbone alongside Thai classics and wood-fired pizza. The pizza in particular has earned consistent praise from diners, while dishes like chicken fried rice and mushroom pizza indicate a kitchen with broader range than a purely seafood-focused menu might suggest. Friendly, attentive staff contribute to the welcoming atmosphere that defines the overall experience. The restaurant opens daily from 11:30 to 22:00, covering lunch through to dinner. Arriving before sunset is the practical advice most worth taking — the sea views are the setting's strongest asset, and they are largely lost after dark. Visitors should also be aware that nearby road works have been reported in the area, though the restaurant remains open and accessible during construction.

Visitor Reviews
This is a seaside restaurant that, honestly, should have a very beautiful view. Unfortunately, we arrived after sunset, so we didn’t really get to enjoy the scenery. We came as a large group of almost 20 people, and the staff handled it reasonably well. The food was served fairly quickly, although some dishes were delivered to the wrong section of the table at first. Overall, the food was good and enjoyable. I would highly recommend making a reservation in advance, as the restaurant gets very crowded and fills up fast even on weekdays. The outdoor seating area with the sea view is especially popular. If possible, come before sunset and plan to stay for a long, relaxed evening to fully enjoy the atmosphere.
Good food, nice view, and great service! The atmosphere feels very homey, and the staff are friendly. The highlight for us was the seafood — incredibly fresh and you must try their pizza, especially the truffle one. It was a 10/10 for us! Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and will definitely recommend it to others.
I just ate with my partner today, the main road is still in repairs. But the restaurant is open. The staffs are helpful, the food are good and delicious, we ordered chicken fried rice and mushrooms pizza. They give us discount because of the inconvenience. And before leave the staff give us ice cream as the compliments

Tips for Visiting Restaurants & Food
Learn the Spice Scale
Say 'mai pet' for no spice, 'pet nit noi' for a little spice, or 'pet mak' if you want it Thai-hot. Most cooks will default to a toned-down version for foreigners unless you specify otherwise.
Follow the Crowds
The busiest street stalls are almost always the best — high turnover means fresh ingredients and a recipe that locals vouch for. An empty restaurant at dinner time is a red flag.
Ice Is Safe
Factory-made tube or cylinder ice (used in virtually all restaurants and stalls) is made from purified water and is safe to consume. You don't need to skip the iced Thai tea.
