รสริน Rossarin Eatery Huahin
Tucked inside a housing estate roughly 20 minutes from central Hua Hin, this family-style eatery operates out of a converted house and has built a loyal following among locals and visiting food seekers alike. The setting is unpretentious and relaxed, and the kitchen focuses on honest Thai cooking — dishes like kang som and stir-fried fish with cashew nut reflect traditional flavours prepared with evident care. The predominance of local diners is frequently noted by visitors as a mark of authenticity. Guests can expect a casual, welcoming atmosphere without the polish of a tourist-oriented restaurant. The food is consistently praised for freshness and depth of flavour, and service is described as fast and attentive. The space itself — a repurposed residential home — gives the experience a personal, neighbourhood character that stands apart from more conventional dining venues in the area. Good to know: Rossarin Eatery is open every day from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, accommodating late lunches and early dinners. Pricing sits at the higher end for a casual local eatery, so it is worth checking the menu and current prices via their Facebook page before visiting. The location deep within a residential estate means first-time visitors should allow extra travel time and use navigation apps to find it. Arriving outside peak meal hours is advisable during busy holiday periods.

Visitor Reviews
wow what a great restaurant. the food was super fresh and fantastic taste. l was the only foreigner eating here which gave me confidence this was authentic Thai food which was also confirmed by the group of Thais I was with. Service was friendly and attentive as is so common in Thailand. place is well off the beaten path but well worth the trip. parking is essily available around the restaurant. been here twice and will return again.
Rossarin Eatery is located deep in a housing estate about 20 minutes from the center of Hua Hin. Don't let that put you off. The food is cooked to perfection, the staff are wonderful and the building modern and clean. Lunch was brilliant, added to by the entertainment provided by the cat and birds in the garden outside the large glass windows.
Everything was impressive. Every dish was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the staff were wonderful. Overall, an excellent experience — I’ll definitely come back again if I get the chance.

Tips for Visiting Restaurants & Food
Learn the Spice Scale
Say 'mai pet' for no spice, 'pet nit noi' for a little spice, or 'pet mak' if you want it Thai-hot. Most cooks will default to a toned-down version for foreigners unless you specify otherwise.
Follow the Crowds
The busiest street stalls are almost always the best — high turnover means fresh ingredients and a recipe that locals vouch for. An empty restaurant at dinner time is a red flag.
Ice Is Safe
Factory-made tube or cylinder ice (used in virtually all restaurants and stalls) is made from purified water and is safe to consume. You don't need to skip the iced Thai tea.
