Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nak nak' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.

Why go, and how to do it well
Tucked away on Soi Hua Hin 19, Restfully Yours Spa offers a genuinely tranquil escape from the coastal town's busier stretches. The setting is a standout feature in itself — visitors note a beautiful garden and ocean views that set a calming tone before any treatment even begins. The space is consistently described as clean and well-maintained, with a quiet atmosphere that makes it well suited to proper relaxation rather than a rushed tourist experience.
Therapists here are praised for their skill and professionalism across a range of treatments. Aroma massage with customizable oil choices — such as peppermint — is a popular option, with guests noting that pressure levels are well-judged and attentive. Deep leg massage is another highlight, particularly appreciated by visitors who have spent long days walking or exploring the area, with reviewers reporting real relief in tired muscles. The overall service attitude is warm and considered, with guests feeling genuinely looked after throughout their visit.
Restfully Yours Spa is open every day of the week from 10:00 to 20:00, making it easy to work into any itinerary. Given the intimate, quiet nature of the space, booking ahead is advisable — especially during weekends or peak travel periods when Hua Hin draws larger crowds. It is a practical choice for both solo travelers seeking downtime and couples looking for a low-key wellness experience.

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
Try a Herbal Compress
Add a herbal compress (luk pra kob) to your massage — steamed bundles of lemongrass, turmeric, and camphor pressed into sore muscles. It's deeply therapeutic and uniquely Thai. Usually just 200–300 THB extra.
