Thai Thai Heal Massage

4.3(217 reviews)

Situated on the ground floor of a building along the iconic Khao San Road, this massage shop offers traditional Thai therapeutic treatments in one of Bangkok's most visited and lively neighbourhoods. Its location makes it a convenient option for travellers based in or passing through the Phranakorn area who want to unwind without travelling far. The shop operates across multiple rooms and runs extended hours well into the night, making it accessible for those with busy or irregular itineraries. Visitors can choose from treatments including full body massage and oil massage, with some reviewers singling out individual practitioners by name for their technique and attentiveness. The atmosphere reflects the surrounding neighbourhood — casual, busy, and unpretentious — though the massage rooms themselves offer a quieter respite from the street below. Staff work long shifts to accommodate late-night demand, and the shop maintains a consistent standard that keeps repeat visitors coming back. Good to know: some reviewers have raised concerns about boundary-related conduct during sessions, so travellers — particularly those visiting as couples or solo women — may wish to request a practitioner of a preferred gender when booking or arriving. As specific opening hours are not listed online, it is worth confirming availability in person or by phone, especially during peak tourist seasons. Wearing loose, comfortable clothing is advisable if opting for a traditional dry massage.

Visitor Reviews

I really admire the professionalism and dedication of the staff who keep at it for most part of the day, around 18 hours in various shifts. I went in late at night for a foot massage and still the staff exhibited a lot of energy, their experience reflected in their work and the knowledge of the pressure points below the feet. I would recommend this place as a right resting place for tired legs and aching feet .

Me and my friend did a massage with Thai Thai Heal and it was amazing! We would love to come again. We did the full body massage and it was so relaxing.

Had the best 2 hour oil massages of my life here! Lak is amazing! Will be back daily until I leave back home. 🤍

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas

Learn Wat Pho First

Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.

Communicate Pressure Preferences

Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.

Book Longer Sessions

A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
