We were staying in Phuket Old Town and found papazula, which quickly became our go-to spot. One of the few places around with both indoor and outdoor seating — the outdoor area is very well ventilated, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxed drink. The staff are extremely attentive, friendly, and fun, which really adds to the experience. We haven’t tried the food yet, but we came back twice just for the great cold drinks. The vibe is very chill, the place is spotless, and it feels welcoming and easygoing. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Phuket Town. 🍹✨
Very friendly and cheerful staff, including the owner. Nice menu for food and drinks. There was live music playing during our visit, which was really wonderful. We went without a reservation and luckily there was space available.
The music was great and the atmosphere was excellent — really enjoyed the vibe of the place. However, my experience with the food was disappointing. I ordered a Thai Pad dish and it was served spicy, and I was told it is only served that way. I tried it after they asked me to, but it was too spicy for me to eat. I ordered another dish instead, yet when the bill arrived, I was charged for both dishes. The ambiance is amazing, but the lack of flexibility with the food and the way the situation was handled took away from the overall experience.
