YUUHI BEACH CLUB & KARAOKE

4.9(1,357 reviews)

Tucked into the Choeng Thale area of Phuket's Thalang District, Yuuhi Beach Club combines a beachfront setting with karaoke entertainment, a full food menu, and a bar — making it a versatile evening destination for both small groups and larger gatherings. Visitor reviews consistently highlight it as a quieter, more characterful alternative to the bigger, pricier beach clubs in the Bang Tao and Patong corridor. The atmosphere leans relaxed and social, with ocean views and the sound of waves setting the tone. Food is a genuine draw here — guests frequently single out dishes like the Caesar salad, and the kitchen receives strong praise across the board. Drinks are well-regarded, and the service is noted for being attentive and friendly. The karaoke experience is host-led, which keeps the energy up and makes it comfortable for first-timers. The venue draws a mixed crowd of tourists and locals, and the music skews toward an international and Russian-influenced playlist that fits the beachside mood. For practical planning, specific opening hours are not publicly listed, so it is worth contacting the venue directly or checking with your accommodation before visiting. The venue appears to pick up from early evening, with groups arriving around 19:30 for dinner and karaoke being a common pattern based on visitor accounts. Given the cozy setting, arriving as a group and booking ahead is advisable, particularly during the high season between November and March.

Visitor Reviews

Yuuhi was the perfect gem! 5 of us came for dinner and karaoke, at 19:30, and were shocked by how delicious the food and drinks were! The Caesar salad especially was phenomenal. Kim lead our karaoke and was kind, patient, and provided excellent, clear communication the whole night. The other karaoke groups who trickled in were as high vibe and fun as we were, so the energy in the room never got boring! We didn’t explore the beach part or the restaurant but they looked like promising hangout spots. Especially at night, under the stars, this place was decorated well and full of interesting people. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this seaside restaurant. The view of the ocean was stunning, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the sound of the waves made the evening unforgettable. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented — especially the seafood, which was clearly of the highest quality. A special thank you to our server, Elena, who made the experience even more enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the evening. Her warm smile and thoughtful service truly stood out. Thank you, Elena, for making our night so special!

In my opinion, this is the best beach club I’ve been to. The food is excellent, well done to the chef. The service is impeccable and very fast. The Russian-style music fits the atmosphere perfectly. Everything is spotlessly clean, with staff present at all times, especially in the toilets. Between 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm, the fire shows are amazing. Well done to the whole team. I went there six times in three weeks.

Tips for Visiting Nightlife & Bars

Carry Your Passport or a Copy

Clubs and some bars check IDs strictly, especially in Bangkok's Thonglor, RCA, and Sukhumvit areas. A photo of your passport info page on your phone usually works, but carrying a laminated photocopy is safer.

Know the Closing Times

Legal closing time is 2 AM for most venues, though enforcement varies. In Bangkok's designated entertainment zones (RCA, Silom Soi 2/4, Khao San), some clubs stay open until 4 AM. Islands tend to be more relaxed about hours.

Buy Bucket Drinks Cautiously

Island bucket drinks (mixed spirits in a small bucket) are cheap and fun but notoriously strong and inconsistent. Stick to one, stay hydrated, and never leave your drink unattended at beach parties.
