V Lounge & -11 Ice Room
Situated on Pattaya's famous Walking Street, this cocktail bar and lounge stands out from the surrounding nightlife strip with its signature feature: a -11°C ice room where guests can take their drinks and experience a literal chill alongside their evening out. The concept attracts curious visitors and seasoned bar-hoppers alike, offering something genuinely different in an area where bars tend to blend together. Inside, the main lounge area is clean and well-maintained, with a cocktail-focused drinks menu that reviewers consistently praise for variety and value. The atmosphere leans relaxed and social without being overwhelming, making it a comfortable choice for those who prefer a more settled setting over the louder venues nearby. Staff are noted for being friendly and attentive, with drinks served promptly even during busier periods. The bar suits both casual drinkers and cocktail enthusiasts, and visitors who find the ice room too intense can simply enjoy the lounge, which reviewers note is already on the cool side temperature-wise. Good to know: Walking Street comes alive after 9 PM and is at its busiest on weekends, so arriving earlier in the evening is a practical way to settle in before the crowds build. The ice room is a novelty experience, so those planning to spend time inside should consider bringing or wearing an extra layer. Smart-casual dress is the general standard for bars along Walking Street.

I went to the bar because I do really love some peaceful cocktail bar, and this place was the best of my choice. Actually, I can't drink too much alcohol just only can drink some light one. And yeah! they had a good drink that suits my taste 😋 The vibe is good, service is good, they are so friendly for me as an introverted girl. Thank you for take care of me so well, see you next time!!
First off, there's a freeze room attraction (-11°C) as well as an indoor cocktail bar offering a variety of drinks at great value. The bar is clean, and the atmosphere is top-notch. The staff are very polite, attentive, and professional. There are also sufficient toilets for the venue. 10/10 would recommend for escaping Thailand's heat.

Tips for Visiting Nightlife & Bars
Carry Your Passport or a Copy
Clubs and some bars check IDs strictly, especially in Bangkok's Thonglor, RCA, and Sukhumvit areas. A photo of your passport info page on your phone usually works, but carrying a laminated photocopy is safer.
Know the Closing Times
Legal closing time is 2 AM for most venues, though enforcement varies. In Bangkok's designated entertainment zones (RCA, Silom Soi 2/4, Khao San), some clubs stay open until 4 AM. Islands tend to be more relaxed about hours.
Buy Bucket Drinks Cautiously
Island bucket drinks (mixed spirits in a small bucket) are cheap and fun but notoriously strong and inconsistent. Stick to one, stay hydrated, and never leave your drink unattended at beach parties.
