newbie huahin
This is a late one. Doors open at 21:00 and the night runs to 04:00, but turning up at nine gets you an empty room, so treat it as somewhere you land after dinner and a few drinks elsewhere. The crowd is a mix of expats and Thais, and it's the sort of place where you can end up talking to strangers rather than staring at your phone.
Live Thai bands do the heavy lifting, with DJs filling the gaps between sets so the music never really stops. Fourteen commercial-grade air conditioners hold the room at about 23C, which in Hua Hin is the difference between dancing and standing still. There's no proper dance floor. Groups claim a table and dance on the seats, which are built for it. The sound system draws consistent praise. The lighting rig is impressive on paper but isn't run in time with the music, which is a shame given what it could do.

Reviews from Google
A quality venue that caters to expats and locals. Thai bands in and DJ between sets. 14 commercial grade air conditioners keep the temperature at a dance friendly 23C. The seats are designed for people to dance on and a lot do! Groups arrive and stand around their own tables , no dance floor to speak of. Great lighting rig but under-utilised and not in sync with the music (unfortunately)., with the right controller and technician they could take the experience next level! Wine only by the bottle, Chang is the only beer. I paid 888 THB for a bottle of red at 2:20 am Note: if you break a glass the staff will demand that you immediately pay for the breakage costs. For Thailand it’s open very late, men require photo ID, , mandatory pat down. A lot of very drunk people by closing time, which I suppose is what the place is designed for. Not exactly my favourite type of place but I don’t take away any starts based on that.
Great late night option for drinks and live music.
very good, very excited✌

Tips for Visiting Nightlife & Bars
Carry Your Passport or a Copy
Clubs and some bars check IDs strictly, especially in Bangkok's Thonglor, RCA, and Sukhumvit areas. A photo of your passport info page on your phone usually works, but carrying a laminated photocopy is safer.
Know the Closing Times
Legal closing time is 2 AM for most venues, though enforcement varies. In Bangkok's designated entertainment zones (RCA, Silom Soi 2/4, Khao San), some clubs stay open until 4 AM. Islands tend to be more relaxed about hours.
Buy Bucket Drinks Cautiously
Island bucket drinks (mixed spirits in a small bucket) are cheap and fun but notoriously strong and inconsistent. Stick to one, stay hydrated, and never leave your drink unattended at beach parties.
