Visitor Reviews
Highly recommend the Sinae Phuket. We started our Phuket visit on the other coast at a high end resort which was lovely but loud and crowded. After leaving there we loved the peace and quiet at the Sinae. The grounds were beautiful, and we loved watching the sunrise over our pool. The easy access to Old Town Phuket was terrific. But the best part was the amazing staff. After the first day they greeted us by name and were always friendly and helpful. Our luggage did not join us on the flight from the US and we could tell it was going to take the airlines a few days to find it and get it to us in Phuket so we requested delivery to the Sinae. We alerted them that it might arrive before we did and although that didn’t happen, they kept us informed on the current status and planned arrival time, which is more than we got from Singapore Air.
We had the best time at this hotel beyond our expectations, the service is amazing, the staff is incredible they really look after you and everything you might need, they never say no. They even brought me a cake for my birthday which we didn’t arrange for or expect they did it all by themselves. We were sad to leave mainly because of the staff too: Mint was amazing, such a cutie and Risa too. There was also Boy, Sek, Nam, Tonic, Pond, En and Dee (the maintenance guys) and even the houskeeping staff, reception staff and the buggy guys, everyone was amazing. We wish the staff all the best. The hotel itself is in a very nice location, away from any hustle and bustle. We will miss this place a lot and will definitely come back next time we are in Phuket and will recommend this hotel to everyone 💯🫶🏼✨
100/10 — best stay in Phuket! The service was truly amazing, and the rooms are absolutely stunning… honestly even better than the pictures. The best part is that every room includes a private pool, which made the experience feel so luxurious and special. We also did the Mixology class and I 10,000/10 recommend it! Huge shoutout to Gift, Aum, and Bell — especially Gift and Aum for making the class so fun, engaging, and memorable. We can’t wait to come back!
Tips for Visiting Hotels & Resorts
Book Shoulder Season
May–June and September–October offer dramatic discounts (30–50% off peak rates) with fewer crowds. Weather is mixed but rarely a washout — afternoon showers clear quickly.
Compare OTAs and Direct Rates
Always check the hotel's own website after finding a rate on Agoda or Booking.com. Many Thai properties offer a best-rate guarantee or throw in perks like free breakfast when you book direct.
Pool Villa Doesn't Mean Expensive
Private pool villas in Krabi, Hua Hin, and Chiang Mai start around 2,500–4,000 THB/night — a fraction of Bali or Maldives prices. Search specifically for 'pool villa' to surface hidden gems.
