Compare prices
Set in the quieter Thalang area of northern Phuket, this resort hotel sits close to Surin Beach, one of the island's more relaxed and upscale coastal stretches. It operates as a popular all-inclusive destination, with packages available through major tour operators including TUI, and the complex offers a range of accommodation from standard rooms through to villas with private pools and jacuzzis. Families and groups tend to do particularly well here, with room upgrades reported on arrival and staff consistently praised for attentiveness and willingness to assist at all hours. Food and beverage quality meets European expectations, with clean poolside and restaurant facilities drawing positive mentions across guest reviews. That said, some areas of the property show visible signs of wear, including ageing exterior finishes and cosmetic deterioration on certain buildings, so travellers prioritising pristine surroundings should review recent photos before confirming a booking. The surrounding Surin Beach neighbourhood offers a more low-key alternative to Patong, with independent restaurants and beach amenities nearby and none of the intensity of the main nightlife strip. High season runs from November to February, when weather is most reliable and the resort operates at fuller capacity. Visiting between May and October typically brings lower rates and a quieter atmosphere, though some rainfall should be expected. Booking directly through the resort website is worth checking alongside tour operator packages to compare current room categories and rates.

Visitor Reviews
My husband and I I stayed for two weeks as part of a large group and really enjoyed our stay! The staff cannot do enough for you, even when you call reception after midnight to get someone to remove a giant bug from your room (it flew in from outside). Really clean, new towels everyday, beautiful pool. Would recommend to anyone! The only thing we found is although there is the road outside with shops and restaurants and the beach at the end we did end up getting a lot of cabs to go do other things as not too much in walking distance.
Great Resort in good location. Food and beverages have European standards and everything is quite tasty. Pool, restaurants and rooms are very clean. The facilities are a bit outdated but the incredibly friendly staff compensates super easily. Everyone greets you with smile and welcomes you like family. A special shout-out to Anwar and Pekki from the Poolbar. Thank you so much for having us and making the stay unforgettable.

Tips for Visiting Hotels & Resorts
Book Shoulder Season
May–June and September–October offer dramatic discounts (30–50% off peak rates) with fewer crowds. Weather is mixed but rarely a washout — afternoon showers clear quickly.
Compare OTAs and Direct Rates
Always check the hotel's own website after finding a rate on Agoda or Booking.com. Many Thai properties offer a best-rate guarantee or throw in perks like free breakfast when you book direct.
Pool Villa Doesn't Mean Expensive
Private pool villas in Krabi, Hua Hin, and Chiang Mai start around 2,500–4,000 THB/night — a fraction of Bali or Maldives prices. Search specifically for 'pool villa' to surface hidden gems.
