Somerset Pattaya is a polished, upscale serviced residence sitting at the heart of Pattaya on Thanon Second Road, placing guests within easy reach of Beach Road, the city's entertainment strip, and Central Festival mall directly across the street. The property combines the comfort of a well-appointed hotel with the practicality of serviced living, offering modern rooms equipped with washing machines, fully functioning air conditioning, and amenities that guests consistently single out as thoughtfully maintained. Standout facilities include a rooftop swimming pool with gulf views and an on-site water park, making it a strong choice for both leisure travellers and families. The atmosphere leans contemporary and welcoming, with staff frequently praised by guests for attentiveness, genuine warmth, and a willingness to go beyond the basics — including room upgrades at check-in. Rooms on lower floors benefit from effective soundproofing despite the property's central location near a night market, which is worth noting for light sleepers. Gulf views and a rooftop pool add a sense of occasion without requiring guests to venture far for entertainment or dining. Good to know: Somerset Pattaya operates as a serviced residence, so stays of multiple nights tend to offer better value than a single-night stopover. Its Second Road address keeps it central without placing guests directly on the busiest stretch of Beach Road. Booking in advance is advisable during Thai public holidays and peak travel months between November and March, when Pattaya sees its highest visitor numbers and accommodation fills quickly.

I stayed at this hotel from March 4th to March 6th, 2026. I had a wonderful experience and would like to share my gratitude: • Service & Upgrades: The receptionist was amazing and upgraded me to a beautiful, spacious room. The male receptionist, in particular, was incredibly friendly and kind. In fact, every staff member I passed greeted me with a polite smile. • The Room: The location is right in the center, yet the soundproofing is excellent. Once the windows are closed, it’s perfectly quiet. • and I left my necklace and earrings in the room after checking out. I only realized they were missing once I arrived at the Pattaya North Bus Station to head to Bangkok. My boyfriend rushed back to the hotel to check. Although the front desk initially couldn't find the items, my boyfriend went up to the room (which had already been cleaned). He ran into the housekeeper outside. Despite the language barrier, she was incredibly helpful. she had found the jewelry and had already turned it in to the lost and found. Because my boyfriend only had 10 minutes to get back to the bus station for our trip to Bangkok, he didn't have time to give her a tip as a thanks. I feel so bad that we couldn't show our appreciation properly in that moment. I truly love this hotel and its staff. Thank you so much for your honesty and wonderful service!
I recently stayed at Somerset Pattaya and had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely unbeatable—literally right across the road from Central Festival mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. From the moment we arrived, the staff were a highlight; everyone was always smiling and eager to greet us. The hotel is spotless throughout, but I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms, which came fully stocked with every amenity we needed for a comfortable stay. The leisure facilities are just as impressive. The views from the pool deck are stunning, and the infinity pool is beautiful. However, the real surprise was the pirate ship water park—such a fun and unique feature! I highly recommend this hotel.
Modern hotel in the heart of Pattaya with great access to both Beach Road and Second Road. I stayed in a lower-floor room, and even with a night market nearby, there was no noise at all. When I first checked in, I noticed a strong disinfectant smell, which felt a bit unusual at first. After experiencing the next day’s housekeeping, I realized why this hotel disinfects the room every single day during cleaning. It’s a unique detail, but one that really shows their strong commitment to hygiene, and I was genuinely satisfied with it. If your budget allows, I recommend the studio-type room. It’s spacious and comes with basic cooking facilities, making the stay even more comfortable.
