Get here early. This is the one clifftop café at Cozy Beach that opens at 8am, which means you can have the ocean, a mocha freddo and a salmon croissant while the air is still cool and the neighboring places are locked up. That alone makes it worth building a morning around, especially if you've just done some exercise and want a reward with a view.
The menu runs both Thai and Western and it's long. Potato wedges under melted cheese, pomelo salad with spicy shrimp, soft shell crab, a breakfast list that goes well beyond the usual Pattaya spread. Desserts get repeat praise, and the cocktails and mocktails are worth a look if you stay into the afternoon. Set expectations on two things. The food is cooked to order, so nothing arrives quickly, and prices track the view rather than the street. Neither bothers most people, but if you're in a hurry or counting baht, eat elsewhere and come here for coffee.
Seating is comfortable and the place is set up for lingering, so treat it as a two-hour stop rather than a pit stop.

The chillest of all the cliff top cafes at Cozy Beach. Grab a coffee & enjoy the morning views from 8am. It is the only cafe here on the cliff top that is open so early and it has maybe the best breakfast & brunch menu I have seen anywhere in Pattaya. Definitely my vibe. It is a great place to chill & reward yourself after some early morning exercise, or at any time of day, but prices definitely reflect the beautiful view.
Beautiful ocean view and really comfy seating with nice decor. The food was tasty and good value – the mocha freddo was creamy and delicious, potato wedges were soft with perfectly melted cheese, the pomelo salad was refreshing with juicy spicy shrimp, and the soft shell crab was crispy yet soft inside. Chill, private spot with unique flavors – would come back again!
Nice place for breakfast. My fav one is: salmon croissant and coffee. There’s a huge choice of food, though. Always happy to come back. Should be noted: this is not a fast food place, they cook food; therefore, it takes time.
