Beautiful property with big trees, lots of sunshine, and—importantly—plenty of shade. The grounds are peaceful and well maintained. Breakfast is excellent: wide selection, high quality, everything tastes fresh. The pool is large, refreshing, and always extremely clean. I’ve eaten at all three on-site restaurants—great food and very reasonable prices. There’s also a massage salon on property: professional, clean, and very well run. The gym and fitness facilities are outstanding. Top-tier equipment, structured classes from beginner to elite athlete level, and full locker rooms with sauna and steam room. No shortcuts here. Staff are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I love this place. I’m booking another week today—and I’ll be back again.
Excellent value for money. The hotel offers great facilities including a fully equipped gym, swimming pool, kids’ club, and a relaxing massage spa. It’s especially well-suited for golf travelers, with everything conveniently designed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for families and golfers alike. Receptionist Paul was very friendly and helpful.
Everyday there is something disappointing waiting for us. My kids and I are here for three weeks and booked a one bed room suite, thinking this would be a better option than a service apartment. I was completely mistaken. Staffs had really poor communication towards us and amongst each other. We often come back to the room not being fully cleaned or supplied with enough towels or water. Upon my arrival I requested to pay again even though I have prepaid for my entire stay, good thing I had all my payment records with me. After verifying my payment, the front desk also encouraged me to add their app for better communication only to realize that the app is not working, communication is mostly one way and would never receive a response from the front desk staffs. Given that I’m staying for more than three weeks I often order grab but even with phone instruction for delivery to the room my request was at times ignored and the front staff even filtered my calls to avoid my following up on the delivery. The f&b outlet is also filled with weasels, staffs would con my young son with his order at a higher price point or try to charge me for filling up water bottles with ice even though there is actually no such policies in the hotel. We were even locked out of our room once as the lock battery went out, but only to come back to a room that is not fully made up and lacking supplies. I’m not normally a hard customer and understand globally it’s hard to maintain staffs but I feel like if an outlet wants to charge hotel prices, then it should offer the full hotel service. Attached are the pictures of the room still dirty after service, and the staff who likes to filter calls when he has to deal with paper work. CRM is not part of their training.
