Compare prices
Perched in the Bo Put area of Koh Samui, Villa Anushka is a private luxury villa that delivers an exceptionally refined retreat for those seeking seclusion, thoughtful design, and personalised hospitality. The property is well suited to both small groups and larger gatherings of friends or family, with past guests including groups of up to twelve who have used the villa to celebrate milestone occasions in style. The villa is defined by its striking infinity pool with panoramic views, immaculate interiors, and a level of privacy that sets it apart from conventional resort stays. Staff are consistently praised for their attentiveness and willingness to anticipate every need, creating an atmosphere that feels both indulgent and genuinely welcoming. Cleanliness and design are recurring highlights among guests, who describe the overall experience as restorative and distinctive. Good to know: Villa Anushka operates as a private villa rental rather than a traditional hotel, making advance communication with the owner essential, particularly for groups or special events. Prospective guests have reached out as far as ten months ahead of their intended stay to secure dates and coordinate arrangements. Those planning celebrations or milestone trips are encouraged to contact the villa directly through the official website to discuss requirements well in advance, as availability for larger groups is likely to be limited.

Visitor Reviews
Where to begin?! I began liaising with Villa Anushka's lovely owner, Anya, about 10 months before our stay. We had a group of 10 travelling from all over to celebrate my 40th b'day in Samui and had lots of bits & pieces to organize around the accommodation piece itself. Anya's service, experience and recommendations were exceptional - we're all reluctantly leaving Samui today after the most perfect 6-night stay and already planning our next visit. Yes, the villa is perched atop a steep hill, hence the breathtaking views of the island's east coast, but this is easy to navigate and we didn't have any issues whatsoever (the views are so breathtaking, even our Grab/taxi drivers stopped to take photos). The photos of the villa on the website DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE! It's appointed to the highest levels, the rooms are so spacious and the bathrooms are huge, then there's the delicious daily breakfast (we stuck with the continental every day and our only complaint would be it was too much food...we hated wasting some of it). Then there's the infinity pool. Cannot recommend Villa Anushka highly enough - the space is beautiful and the team are amazing. Will be back.
Superb! We stayed for 5 nights and it was one of the most refined and restorative stays we’ve experienced. The villa offers true understated luxury: absolute privacy, impeccable design, and a rare sense of calm from the very first moment, supported by an exceptional staff who are present when needed and invisible when not. Felt to me like a private residence. A place you leave feeling deeply rested and already wanting to return
We are a bunch of 12 friends who just spent 4 nights at Anushka and it was absolutely phenomenal. The view is unreal and the entire villa is just stunning! The staff here could not do enough for us and the food they served was delicious! We booked them to cook for us one evening and it was sooooo tasty. I highly, highly recommend staying here and hope to return one day

Tips for Visiting Hotels & Resorts
Book Shoulder Season
May–June and September–October offer dramatic discounts (30–50% off peak rates) with fewer crowds. Weather is mixed but rarely a washout — afternoon showers clear quickly.
Compare OTAs and Direct Rates
Always check the hotel's own website after finding a rate on Agoda or Booking.com. Many Thai properties offer a best-rate guarantee or throw in perks like free breakfast when you book direct.
Pool Villa Doesn't Mean Expensive
Private pool villas in Krabi, Hua Hin, and Chiang Mai start around 2,500–4,000 THB/night — a fraction of Bali or Maldives prices. Search specifically for 'pool villa' to surface hidden gems.
