Royal Pavilion Hua Hin Hotel
Compare prices
Situated on Phet Kasem Road, Hua Hin's main thoroughfare, this established hotel offers a convenient base for exploring one of Thailand's most storied beach towns. The property sits within easy walking distance of the bar area, seafood restaurants, cafes, and local markets, making it a practical choice for travellers who prefer to explore on foot. Hua Hin's relaxed, small-town character sets it apart from busier resort destinations, and the hotel's central position allows guests to experience that atmosphere directly.
Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, though some guests note the décor is showing its age and could benefit from modernisation. Where the property genuinely stands out is in its service — staff are consistently praised for their warmth and willingness to help, with reviewers frequently highlighting the check-in experience as particularly welcoming. A handful of dining and café options are available close by, adding to the convenience of the location.

Reviews from Google
My review is only based on the Room, Service and restaurants. I'm completely pleased with everything and everyone. From check-in to check-out the staff is 5 stars. The location is easy to get to anything you prefer and transportation. I would absolutely visit the hotel again when needed.
The rooms are more of a 3 ½ rather than 4 stars as they are quite dated and could do with a refurb but they are not bad. The staff as always in Thailand are amazing and could be do more to help. Hoo was a lovely man who couldn’t wait to help with bags and door opening etc. the location is quite central so easy to get about and Bolt & Grab are always just 1-3 mins away. The pool is in a confined area so not much sunshine but it’s fine for a quick dip. The gym is half the size it looks like in the photos due to clever use of mirrors.
We recently spent a week here. The hotel is in a good location for walking to the bar area and restaurants. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel staff very nice. A lovely old lady offers a well priced laundry service in the small road next to the hotel. Will visit Hua Hin again and sure to stay here again.
