Any Given Day Huahin is a stylish, warehouse-chic property on Hua Hin Soi 53 that operates as a whole-home rental, making it particularly well-suited for groups or families travelling together. The three-storey building offers four bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and queen-size beds. The industrial-meets-boutique aesthetic gives the space a distinctly hip atmosphere that sets it apart from standard hotel accommodation in the area. Guests can choose between two configurations depending on their priorities: House A includes access to an indoor swimming pool, while House B provides access to the full rooftop terrace — a popular spot for gatherings and BBQ parties. Rooms are generously sized, windows are openable for natural airflow, and the decor has drawn consistent praise from visitors. The location is a standout feature, placing guests within easy walking distance of the night market, street food stalls, massage shops, restaurants, and the beach. Good to know: this property is bookable through vacation rental platforms such as VRBO and has been listed on Airbnb, so travellers should search those channels rather than looking for a direct booking website. Given the layout and capacity, it suits larger groups best — solo travellers or couples may find the space more than they need. As with most Hua Hin accommodation, booking in advance is advisable during Thai public holidays and the November-to-February high season.

Visitor Reviews
What a great AirBnB rental! Great location near the tourist center, beach, good restaurants, markets, and shopping areas. The unit itself was awesome, although the kitchen area could have been bigger. Our only real complaint was the small fridge. We had to use the cooler (provided) to keep our drinks chilled. 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a super comfortable living room really gave us room to stretch out. Be warned, there is a school next door with lots of children happy to ruin your late morning sleeping.
Huge place to stay. Go with a big group, have a bbq party and enjoy the beach. Rooms are big and all come with private toilet and shower. Rooms have aircon, openable windows and queen size beds. Rooftop has a bbq and so does the pool area. Kitchen is on the small side but had enough to cook a meal or two. Lots of food options just outside the house. A bit on the darker side due to the strength of the lightbulbs. Other than that it’s an amazing place to stay.
A 3-Stories homestay offering great ambience and comfortable bed. Bathrooms were clean. Take "House A" if you wanted an indoor swimming pool. Take "House B" if you wanted the access to the entire roof top for barbeque or hanging clothes. Overall, a really good stay with family. Would come back again.
