Maladee Rendezvous Hotel

4.9(475 reviews)

Situated on Charoen Prathet Road in the Chang Khlan area of Chiang Mai, Maladee Rendezvous Hotel occupies a prime position close to the city's main attractions while maintaining a calm, refined atmosphere that sets it apart from busier options in the area. The hotel offers polished rooms and suites in a contemporary style, complemented by an outdoor pool, a gym, and an on-site bistro. Guests consistently highlight the exceptional quality of the staff, who are noted for their attentiveness and genuine care — from accommodating dietary restrictions and food allergies to providing thoughtful welcome gifts throughout a stay. The breakfast receives particular praise, and the hotel's overall atmosphere is described as quiet and relaxing despite its central location. Room service and food and beverage offerings, including what many consider a standout Thai iced tea, add to the experience without guests needing to venture far. For practical planning, the hotel is well-suited to travellers who want easy access to Chiang Mai's temples, night markets, and riverside dining without sacrificing comfort or tranquillity. Given its strong reputation and limited room count, booking well in advance is advisable, especially during the cooler high season months of November through February when demand for quality accommodation in Chiang Mai peaks. The hotel's website at maladeehotel.com is the most reliable source for current rates and availability.

Visitor Reviews

This resort hotel truly is superb in every way. We booked it because of the incredible reviews, and we were not disappointed. The resort is exceptional, We stayed for 9 nights and it exceeded every expectation. We’ve stayed at other Chiang Mai hotels before, but the experience at Maladee Rendezvous surpassed them all. The staff were incredibly kind, polite, attentive, and highly skilled — their aim is to make your stay memorable. We were met at the airport for a free shuttle to the resort as part of our package! They cater for happy hour cocktails at the pool Tiger bar, turn-down service with a nightly drink, a pillow menu, and even handwritten welcome and farewell cards. From 2–4 PM, they serve complimentary afternoon tea, which was such a lovely surprise. The breakfast was amazing, and by day two, they already knew our coffee orders and preferences. On top of all that, the gym was well-equipped, and the pool was beautiful and relaxing. Everything about this place was just wow. No doubt I’ll be staying here again the next time I’m in Chiang Mai

I truly love this hotel! It is beautiful, calm, and relaxing... and the staff is amazing! They genuinely want to help you have a great experience in Chiang Mai. The hotel gives you many little gifts, such as a free juice every day. You can also book great activities directly with the hotel (elephant sanctuary, day trip to Chiang Rai, etc.). They also offer an airport transfer option — zero stress! The location is perfect! Not too close to the city centre, so it’s very quiet, but there are many restaurants nearby and it’s only a 5-minute walk from the amazing night market! The breakfast is excellent as well, with a nice buffet and a menu to choose other options. The pool is amazing, and there's also a jacuzzi. From my point of view, it’s more suitable for couples than for families. It was the best hotel I’ve booked. Thank you for everything!

If there is a place in Chiang Mai where you can be close to all the main attractions while still enjoying a quiet, relaxed, and calm atmosphere with a true sense of luxury, it’s the Maladee Rendezvous Hotel. OMG – beautiful rooms, a great pool, and impressive attention to detail throughout the property. But the biggest asset is definitely the staff. Friendly, helpful, polite, and always making you feel genuinely special. The rooms are elegantly designed with a warm, “feel-at-home” touch. The pillow selection and the little personal notes add a wonderful, personalized feeling. Turndown service and amenities are also a very nice touch. Thank you to the entire team — I will definitely come back!
