Thai Adventure Club
Based in Kathu, Phuket, Thai Adventure Club is a full-service tour operator specialising in island excursions, speedboat day trips, and adventure-based experiences across the region. Phi Phi Island tours are a standout offering, with visitors frequently highlighting the quality of boat transfers, the range of islands visited, and the overall organisation of the day. Guided snorkelling, jet skiing, and buffet lunches feature across various itineraries, making these trips well-suited to travellers looking for a structured but activity-packed day on the water. The guiding team draws consistent praise from visitors, with named guides regularly mentioned for their friendliness, attentiveness, and strong English communication skills. Many tours include hotel pickup and complimentary refreshments throughout the day, reducing the logistical load for travellers. The club operates seven days a week from 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM, accommodating early morning departures that take advantage of calmer sea conditions. Good to know: Advance booking is strongly recommended, particularly for popular routes like the Phi Phi Island speedboat tour, which can fill quickly during peak season. The website at thaiadventureclub.com is the best starting point for checking available tours, departure times, and inclusions. Bringing reef-safe sunscreen, a change of clothes, and waterproof footwear is practical for most water-based itineraries. Some tours include meals, but it is worth confirming in advance whether lunch costs are covered or payable on the day.

Visitor Reviews
We took a trip to the Phi Phi island with a speedy boat, and the boat was really…fast! We enjoyed very much our trip, the guide Jimmy Jew was really nice, friendly and expert, and also all the staff was nice and kind with us. We could see many things: coconut bay, monkey bay, maya bay, lagoon cave and Viking cave. They gave us breakfast (and a pill for the seasickness -take it!!!-), lunch, open bar with water, cola and beer, different snacks and noodles once we were back. We weren’t too many in the boat, so it was good. The bus took us from our hotel super on time in the morning and brought us back. A suggestion: don’t sit in the bow of the boat, but inside it. Otherwise you will feel EVERY single wave. Phi phi island are very turistic, don’t expect to find empty bays or beaches, but at the end it was worth it!
I booked an island hopping tour by Thai Adventure Club for my last day in Phuket, and the day made me fall in love with Thailand all over again. The day trip itself was amazing, with us visiting two different beautiful beaches that felt straight out of a movie. But on top of that, the service was great! We were provided with lunch and refreshments included in the price of the trip, and given the opportunity to snorkel or rent out different water activities at each location. Highly recommend, the quality of the trip was way higher than the cost!
Pom and his crew were very cheerful, helpful and caring. Always checking up on the group and guiding us well. We will definitely recommend Thai Adventure club to our friends and relatives. From the time of booking, Thai adventure club replied swiftly in all my queries and even reminded me the day before for the pick-up time. There’s also complimentary snacks, drinks and lunch is included too. Thank you we really enjoyed the Phi Phi tour program.

Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
