The Seanery is a Phuket tour operator that runs two of the island's classic day trips in the most comfortable format I know of, the Phi Phi Islands and James Bond Island in Phang Nga Bay aboard a luxury catamaran rather than the usual packed speedboat. The office is in Kathu, but you never need to go there. Everything starts with a hotel pickup and a pier with a proper meeting point and snacks before departure, and it ends with a light dinner on the way back.
What the reviews keep repeating is the organization. Punctual pickups, a crew that keeps water, soft drinks and snacks flowing all day, guides who leave real time at each stop, and sea-cave canoeing in Phang Nga Bay as the highlight of the James Bond route. Groups book both trips on consecutive days and come back happy, which tells you the format holds up. If you want the Phi Phi photos without the speedboat ordeal, this is the version I'd book.
