Visa Travel Team Phi Phi
Based in Ao Nang, this tour agency specialises in boat tours, island-hopping excursions, and snorkelling trips across the Krabi region, with a particular focus on the Phi Phi Islands and surrounding coastal areas. Itinerary options range from shared group departures to private VIP long-tail boat experiences, with some tours departing as early as 6am to make the most of the day. The variety of formats suits solo travellers, couples, and groups, and visitors consistently note that guides are knowledgeable and attentive, pointing out snorkelling spots and beaches that reward the early start. Organisation is a recurring highlight in visitor feedback. Booking can be completed online with full prepayment through the agency's website, and communication is handled via WhatsApp, with meeting points and timings confirmed well in advance. Itineraries are reported to run on schedule, and the office is open daily from 8am to 10pm, which allows for flexible booking and last-minute questions throughout the day or evening. Good to know: securing a spot in advance is advisable during peak season, particularly for private or VIP long-tail boat options, which tend to fill quickly. Having passport details on hand at the time of booking, whether online or in person, will help speed up the confirmation process.

Reviews from Google
What an incredible experience! Every spot was a 10/10. We explored different islands, snorkelled in beautiful spots and found dream beaches. The super friendly guides provided helpful tips and showed us the best places. Book the early bird whole-day trip – you won’t regret it!
We booked the tour easily online and prepaid the full amount in advance. We received complete information via WhatsApp about where to meet and at what time. When we met the captain who was going to drive our longtail boat, he gave us all the necessary information and took great care of us. He was very professional and friendly. The tour we chose was an amazing experience and gave us the opportunity to take beautiful photos.
We booked a morning boat tour from 6am-12pm. Overall it was a positive experience, Koh Phi Phi and the surrounding islands are stunning, but there were a few things that I think could be improved on in regards to the tour that I think would help make this a more positive experience for others in the future. 1. Overall, there was not enough communication with the company. It would be great if they could provide more of an itinerary and what stops we can expect. This obviously might change based on weather conditions and crowds; however, it would be helpful to know in advance via WhatsApp or in person. 2. Our guide Sunny was a great navigator and captain (shout out for the delicious fruit he provided!); however, we would have loved to have learned more about the islands during our time together. He was also on his phone during most of our activities and did not interact with us a great deal. This preference for engagement perhaps varies from group to group, but for us personally we love to engage with local staff and guides as it really enhances our experience when we visit places. We also found it difficult to communicate some fairly basically things in English, so many of our questions were not able to be answered. 3. The morning we went out was REALLY choppy. Several people in our boat were prone to sea sickness and it also affected our ability to snorkel in the some places. It would be helpful if weather conditions were shared in advance or groups were told ahead of time so they can prepare or if possible even change their day or time. I’m honestly quite surprised by the high reviews of this company. Overall, while the tour was pleasant, I imagine there are better options available in Koh Phi Phi that provide better customer service.

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Popular Activities Online
Booking platforms like GetYourGuide give you instant confirmation and, on many activities, free cancellation — and you can read recent reviews before committing. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
