THAI'D UP ADVENTURES
Nestled in the forests of Saithai, Krabi, Thai'd Up Adventures specialises in zip-lining and abseiling experiences set among towering jungle trees. The operation has built a strong reputation for combining genuine thrills with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere — guides are consistently praised by visitors for their warmth, humour, and attentiveness, making the experience accessible even for first-timers who may be nervous about heights or rappelling. Guests can expect small group outings led by knowledgeable, safety-conscious instructors who take time to ensure everyone feels comfortable before heading out. The jungle setting provides dramatic scenery throughout, and tours include refreshments such as fresh fruit and water along the way. Package options are available, with the Zone A+B combination a popular choice for those wanting a fuller experience. Visitors frequently note that the standard of instruction and the natural surroundings put other zip-lining destinations to shame. Good to know: Tours run daily from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with morning departures recommended to make the most of the session. Hotel pick-up and drop-off is available, making logistics straightforward. Lightweight, comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are advisable. Advance booking through thaidupadventures.com is strongly recommended, particularly during peak season between November and February when availability fills quickly.

Visitor Reviews
This was our second time ziplining, and I can honestly say our first experience in Costa Rica doesn’t even come close to what we experienced here with Thai’d Up Zone (A+B Package). From start to finish, the entire adventure was so much fun. Our guides, An and Blue, were amazing, incredibly personable, professional, and they made us feel comfortable while keeping the energy upbeat and fun the whole time. The biggest surprise for me was the rappelling. I never would have guessed it would be my favorite part, especially since I’m usually not a fan of heights or looking straight down — but it was absolutely exhilarating and such a confidence boost! If you’re looking for a half day packed with adventure, laughs, and unforgettable memories, I can’t recommend this experience enough. We would 100% do this again!
Had a fun morning at Thai’d up! We were picked up and dropped off to our hotel. The instructors Kiki & Phud were lovely and made us feel very safe and made sure we enjoyed our time as well as taking plenty of pictures and videos of us. There are also lockers to leave your belongings in. Would definitely recommend booking on to one of their activities. They finish it off with cold water and watermelon slices.
Thai’d up was so fun! Chanaye and Moon made it a blast. We laughed and enjoyed every bit. Surprisingly, I even loved the rappelling! They fed us mounds of fresh fruit, gave us plenty of water and helped every step of the way. I’d 5 out of 5 recommend it! Do both the A&B packages if you want more lines and the rappelling!

Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
