The private tour was outstanding ! Gorgeous islands and we saw so many beautiful fishes while snorkelling , never seen anything like this. Our tour guide, who was a Thai kick boxer, was adorable and very friendly ❤️ They even prepared a surprise birthday cake for my friend! That was the extra mile that makes a difference 🤩🤩 I'm so very grateful! We had a little issue with the BBQ but customer service via WhatsApp was very quick to reply and support us, they made an amazing job and we were so happy !! The only thing we were disappointed about was the plankton bioluminescent, you see nothing lol but there is nothing they can do. I highly recommend this tour company nothing can't beat them!! Had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE from the start to the end. Queries were all answered accordingly with the Thai lovely hospitality, pickups and drop-offs front of the hotel, and wonderful tour operators and guides. Fortunately, I had two trips with them and hopefully more in Krabi. A HUGE SHOUTOUT to the teams on WhatsApp, Brownie, Ice and the speed boat crew. We went on the small group snorkelling tour and had a fantastic experience. Our guide December spoke fluent English and was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the ocean. Lunch on a secluded and beautiful island beach was also a highlight. This is a far better experience than any other tour we have been on in the krabi area and we will definitely be doing this again- Highly recommend
