The private tour was outstanding ! Gorgeous islands and we saw so many beautiful fishes while snorkelling , never seen anything like this. Our tour guide, who was a Thai kick boxer, was adorable and very friendly ❤️ They even prepared a surprise birthday cake for my friend! That was the extra mile that makes a difference 🤩🤩 I'm so very grateful! We had a little issue with the BBQ but customer service via WhatsApp was very quick to reply and support us, they made an amazing job and we were so happy !! The only thing we were disappointed about was the plankton bioluminescent, you see nothing lol but there is nothing they can do. I highly recommend this tour company nothing can't beat them!! Thank you again for making us feel so special! 💘💘💘

We went on the small group snorkelling tour and had a fantastic experience. Our guide December spoke fluent English and was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the ocean. Lunch on a secluded and beautiful island beach was also a highlight. This is a far better experience than any other tour we have been on in the krabi area and we will definitely be doing this again- Highly recommend

We booked a private longtail boat trip from Krabi to Hong Island for our family of five, and unfortunately the experience with Koh Tour Krabi was far below expectations — especially considering the premium price they charge compared to other operators. To begin with, the starting point address provided was incorrect. We arrived at the pier with our private transfer, only to receive a call saying the location was different. We then had to drive again to the new meeting point, causing unnecessary stress for the whole family. The boat itself was extremely old — nothing like the boats shown on the Koh Tour website, and far below the quality of any longtail boat we’ve taken in Thailand before. After seeing many other boats at the islands today, it’s clear that the one we received should not be considered a tourist boat, especially not at this price point. The tour also offered less than other operators despite the higher cost: • No hotel transfer outside Ao Nang • No lunch included • Mediocre service overall Our guide barely spoke English, and we had to repeatedly ask to receive basics like water or snorkel masks — some of which were broken. The overall experience felt disorganized and far from the “premium” experience we paid for. Just a few days earlier, we did a similar private trip with another tour operator in Krabi and the difference was like night and day — smooth, friendly, professional, and excellent quality from start to finish. It seems that Koh Tour outsources to other local suppliers (boats, skippers, guides) and has very limited quality control over the actual service delivered. Unfortunately, we were not lucky, and the result was disappointing — especially because it was the first and possibly last time in Thailand for my parents. Sadly, this tour left a negative memory for them. I do not recommend Koh Tour Krabi and will not use their service again.
