Pink Chili is a small Thai cooking school in a lane off On Nut Soi 2, about 10 minutes on foot from BTS On Nut, exit 1. Both classes start with a tour of On Nut market, so arrive on time or you'll miss it, and then you make a curry paste and cook four dishes. The menu changes by the day, and you pick the day for the menu you want.
The morning class runs 09:00 to 13:00 and the afternoon class 14:00 to 18:00, Monday to Saturday, at ฿1,200 a person, paid in cash after the class. Every dish has a vegetarian version, and vegan and halal versions are available too. You take the recipes home.
Private classes run from ฿6,000 for one person down to ฿2,000 a head for six or more, and you choose a curry and three dishes. There's no hotel pickup, and the school is the meeting point.
