We were greeted by a lovely receptionist, and was given complimentary drinks that were refreshing and delicious. I took the serenity package, it was truly one of the most amazing experiences! Everyone was great and helpful. After we finished we got another complementary drink which was soothing and relaxing. The also gave us a really cute gift
Amazing experience! The upper body massage was perfect—just the right pressure to relieve tension in my shoulders and back. The therapist was skilled, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend!
I’ve tried a lot of massages in Phuket, by far this is the worst one, the pressure was very light I would not consider it a massage and no matter how you ask the masseuse to make it stronger she press harder for a second then go back to very light What really surprised me is when she was doing the massage in the head, I removed the towel above my eyes and I saw her using her phone while massaging me with hand, I ask her are you seriously using her phone and she laughed, honestly I’ve never been to a place to relax and left this angry I highly recommend not to go to this spa As they are not taking their job seriously
