Oldtown Thai Massage Phuket
Tucked along Phuket Road in the heart of Phuket's characterful Old Town district, this massage spa draws repeat visitors with its combination of skilled therapists and a genuinely warm, professional approach. The setting reflects the quieter, more authentic side of Phuket Town, offering a welcome contrast to the busier, tourist-heavy spas closer to the beach resorts. Treatments include traditional Thai massage as well as targeted options such as head, neck, and shoulder massage, with guests able to personalise sessions by selecting their preferred oils. The massage rooms are noted for being clean and well-maintained, and therapists are consistently praised for applying the right pressure and attending to specific needs. Staff are described by visitors as respectful and hospitable from arrival through to the end of the session, with several returning for repeat treatments during the same trip. Good to know: The Old Town location sits away from Phuket's main beach areas, making it a natural fit for travellers spending time exploring Phuket Town rather than the resort coastline. Traditional Thai massage is typically performed fully clothed, so wearing or bringing loose, comfortable clothing is advisable. As no opening hours are listed online, contacting the venue directly before visiting is recommended to confirm availability and arrange a booking.

Visitor Reviews
Very nice shop, first time here, chose a 90 minute head, neck and shoulder massage, got to choose the oil, went for peppermint oil. The massage room was very clean. The massage itself was great, hitting all the sore points. When the time was up, wished the session could continue a little longer. Once returned at the reception area, awaiting was a cup of hot tea, a bite size cake and a hot hand towel. Highly recommended.
The best decision I made on the last day of my trip!! The ladies here have incredible skill..Felt so relaxed and happy after the massage.. Right amount of pressure was applied at the right places. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone and I can't wait to revisit this in the future! Thank you!
One of the best massages in old town Phuket! We came for two times and was awesome, and I highly recommend ! From welcome to the end they are very professional and hospitality is great and service was excellent ! Relax & clean atmosphere with reasonable pricing.
Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
