Body Kneads Thai Massage
Tucked along Chao Fa Alley in Pak Nam, central Krabi, this wellness studio has built a strong reputation among both first-time visitors and seasoned massage-goers. The focus is traditional Thai massage, with therapists praised across reviews for their technical skill and attentiveness to individual needs — working with genuine care rather than rushing through a routine. Body scrubs are also on offer, with guests reporting thorough, two-hour sessions that leave a strong impression. Beyond the treatments themselves, the atmosphere sets this place apart. Visitors consistently highlight the warmth of the reception experience — guests are welcomed with water, ginger tea, Thai cakes, and fresh fruit, creating a sense of being genuinely looked after from the moment they arrive. The studio is described as clean and quiet, making it a reliable choice for those looking to decompress after time on Krabi's beaches or islands. Good to know: No website or listed opening hours are available online, so it is worth calling ahead or stopping by in person to confirm availability and book a session, especially during peak season. The studio is well-suited to those staying in Krabi Town, with its central Chao Fa Alley location easy to reach on foot. Traditional Thai massage is performed fully clothed, so comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is recommended. Confirming accepted payment methods in advance is also advisable, as cash is commonly preferred at smaller wellness studios in the region.

Visitor Reviews
Let me tell you something. I had the best massage here, deep tissue but with feeling. The massage was only the cherry on top. The whole experience is relaxing, kind, thoughtful, to really relax. The owner is so kind and speaks english well, she gave us breakfast, cookies, tea afterwards, always trying to make you comfortable and relaxed. Also she is such a sweetheart, help you with anything you need in Krabi. If you book 1 h massage, expect to be here longer, a few more minutes because of the whole experience. It is very clean and they have single use towels and sheets. Have been in a lot of spas, but felt like i went in and out, back into action, but here, the world stops and resets. I cant describe how pleased I am to have been recomended this place. ♥️
Definitely recommend! I’ve had many Thai massages but rarely I have such a high quality one, tending to body’s needs. Also, the atmosphere in the parlor is very welcoming, thanks to a lady at the reception desk! 💛 Afterthe treatment (I had 2 h Thai massage) you just walk lighter, def with less tension! Thank you Yanye (I hope my spelling at least resembles your name spelling). At the end, I got water, a banana and cookies! 💦 🍌 🍪
Great massage place, good masseuse offering good traditional Thai massage. The receptionist was very kind to us too, offering us water, ginger tea and Thai cakes and even banana (packed them in a plastic for us to have them cause they’re not fully ripe yet). Highly recommend this place! 💖
Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
