Be Life Health Massage
Be Life Health Massage operates from the Bophut area on Koh Samui's north coast, close to the Fisherman's Village walking street. With a near-perfect rating built on strong reviews, the clinic is known for technically skilled therapists and a professional, unhurried approach to treatments. Thai massage, oil massage, and foot reflexology are the core offerings, and sessions are conducted in a clean, calm environment without the hard-sell upselling common at some competitors. It is a popular spot among both short-stay tourists and longer-term residents on the island. Walk-ins are usually accommodated but calling ahead during busy periods is advised.

Visitor Reviews
I came to BeLife for a deep tissue massage with oil and had a very good experience. The pressure was strong — a bit painful at times, but in a good and effective way. The place is clean, cozy, and welcoming, with kind staff and a nice tea after the massage. I definitely recommend BeLife for a quality deep tissue massage.
Just wonderful. Effective coconut oil massage from Baitong I have so much tension and pain in my body and she was effective and soothing yet put pressure where required to help the knots in my body. Tea at the end was delightful! Thank you so much Baitong, I look forward to returning!
We went to this massage as opposed to our resorts massage because it was a lot cheaper and we thought the staff was very nice. They did a great job. My girlfriend and I were very happy. They gave us small water bottles at the end. Excellent value for money. will come again!
Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
