Amezcua Spa
Nestled in the quieter Bo Put area of Koh Samui, Amezcua Spa operates as part of Prana Resort Samui and offers a full range of wellness treatments in a calm, unhurried setting. Visitors consistently highlight the attentiveness of the therapists, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the thoughtful touches that set the experience apart — including a welcome tea service and a pre-treatment consultation to tailor each session to individual needs. Treatment options span traditional Thai massage, deep tissue massage, coffee and body scrubs, facials, oil massage, and multi-hour packages that combine jacuzzi use with scrubs and full-body treatments. The pace is deliberately slow and restorative, with treatment rooms designed to encourage genuine relaxation. Same-day bookings can be arranged via WhatsApp, and staff have been noted for their responsiveness and flexibility. Good to know: The spa is open seven days a week from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, making it easy to fit into most itineraries. While walk-ins and same-day requests are sometimes accommodated, advance booking is recommended during the peak season between November and February. Day visitors are welcome, and the spa is not exclusive to resort guests.

Visitor Reviews
Made an appointment via WhatsApp for same day and staff were responsive and accomodating. Excellent deep tissue massage and facial from Nem. Treatment room and surrounds create a tranquil and relaxing environment. Loved the scent of massage oil and left feeling so much lighter and relaxed. Thank you Amezcua!!
Such a lovely massage. Got the 60 minute Thai massage and it was super relaxing and thorough. We were greeted with tea and asked about our bodies/anything to avoid or concentrate on during massage. The room was lovely and very peaceful. My masseuse was very attentive and did not rush. Would highly recommend.
We had a relaxing 3 hour spa session that included jacuzzi, scrub, full body oil massage and facial. The service was excellent. Very good hygiene. Great attention to details! Truly rejuvenating experience! 🫰🏼We would recommend couples to come here to unwind and destress!

Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
