Oh Chiva Som, what can I say and where do I begin. While I have been to wellness resorts before, this is on another level. This is not wellness nor wellbeing, no! This is a rebirth. This is falling in love with life again. The resort, the consultations, the therapies, the classes. All of these felt truly bespoke. I felt like I was a student on campus running happily from one session to the next. I had a burst of life and energy like never before. The food you ask? The food is something from another world. The freshness, the flavours, the finesse! Their chef is a genius amd never before have I felt so in love with healthy food. While other wellness resorts serve you food that tastes like wood, this place offers heavenly wholesome food in a way I have never seen nor experienced before, and trust me I am well travelled and well-dined. I can go on and on but why waste your time reading my words when you can go yourself and find out. Go to Chiva Som! Become Chiva Som! I have never felt sad leaving a place like I did here which is why I will be back again....and again....and again! Ps. When you are there you are not allowed to take your mobile around. At first I was a bit worried about that. Five minutes in I was on-board with the mission to disconnect and be present. Oh and trust me you will love being present in this slice of heaven on earth. They call it the Haven of life. It has been in the Wellness field for 3 generations. It is still the place that new Wellness spas try to emulate. They were are are the leaders in the field. Voted best Spa in world by Condé Nest multiple times. The food is to my mind the best most delicious healthy food in the world. A significant proportion grown on their own farm. The Spa facilities were renovated just before COVID and are incredible. There are more treatment rooms than rooms for guests. The service is incredible from great staff. Coming back really is like being welcomed home. You will find some of the best health practitioners in the world either working here or visiting therapists. Their foundation does some wonderful charitable work. I have no doubt omitted some great aspects. Enjoy your stay, the longer the better but can be from a few days to weeks. I never get bored and always want to stay longer. My physical and mental health were transformed in 2 years. At 58 I feel better than when I was 48. Oh yes could not forget the super stretch treatments from.thrvgym staff. Incredible much better than a physio in Europe. Their physio department is also incredibly competent and good.

Absolutely the best wellness resort and retreat experience. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the team takes exceptional care of you. The food is outstanding; everything is freshly harvested twice a day from their own garden, and you can truly taste the difference. I used to dislike vegetables, but I genuinely enjoyed every bite here. The seafood is also freshly caught daily. What stood out even more was how passionately the staff spoke about the founder and his values — you can really feel the love and purpose behind the entire place. They even brought us to visit the mangrove area that the founder personally invested in. Truly a transformative mind boggling experience as you fee like there is more to life than the grind. It’s worth every penny. Highly recommended, you won’t regret it!
