Add direct access to a private beach and you've got a resort designed for people who want to stay put rather than dash off sightseeing every morning.

Rooms follow the Hyatt Regency template, which means space, contemporary furnishings and nothing that will surprise you in either direction. There's a spa on site and restaurants on site, and between those and the pool most guests find little reason to head out. If you want a busy, buzzy base with the night market on your doorstep, this isn't it. It sits about 3km from central Hua Hin, on a quieter stretch of coast, which is exactly the point for some people and a dealbreaker for others.
