Natural Thai Spa & Cafe In Chiang Rai
Natural Thai Spa & Cafe combines traditional massage therapies with a cafe setting, making it a convenient stop for travellers looking to recover and recharge in Chiang Rai. Treatments include Thai massage and foot massage, with sessions available from 60 to 120 minutes. Pricing is transparent and consistent across massage types, with 60-minute sessions at 600 THB, 90-minute at 850 THB, and 120-minute at 1,000 THB. Visitors are welcomed with a cold towel and cold tea before treatments begin, setting a considered tone from the outset.
The atmosphere leans toward the comfortable and clean rather than clinical, with reviewers describing it as luxurious yet relaxed. Therapists are noted for their attentiveness, adjusting pressure to individual preferences during sessions. The combination of spa services, skin care treatments, and cafe facilities means guests can extend their visit beyond the treatment itself without needing to go elsewhere.
The venue is open seven days a week from 9:00 AM, with extended evening hours until 10:30 PM on Fridays and 10:00 PM on most other days, including weekends. This makes it a practical option for both daytime visits between sightseeing and later evening sessions. Given its popularity, booking ahead is advisable, particularly for weekend evenings. The Facebook page listed on their profile is the primary online contact point for reservations and current information.

Reviews from Google
I had a two hour thai massage here (THB 1000) and it was awesome! The lady applied the right amount of pressure and when I wanted more, she adjusted and gave me more pressure. It is a bit more expensive than the rest of the places in town but it is so worth it! The service is fantastic and this should very much be the place you come. They serve you cool water and a cold towel at the beginning, and hot tea and rice cakes at the end. Can’t recommend enough!
The best massage place in town. I dropped my motorbike several times and my knees and legs were knackered. The masseuse 'Baifern' got to work on them straight away, both oil and Thai massage, and they just felt so much better after. Highly recommended.
The most luxurious spa and massage in Chiangrai,, But the price is OTL...

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
