Parvati Spa by Le Meridien Chiang Rai Resort
Nestled within the grounds of Le Meridien Chiang Rai Resort, Parvati Spa offers a tranquil retreat from the city with open-air treatment salas set among gardens, water features, and the ambient sounds of birdsong. The spa is part of the resort's broader wellness offering and draws both hotel guests and outside visitors seeking a quality spa experience in Chiang Rai. Visitors consistently highlight the professionalism of the therapists, the spacious and immaculately maintained treatment rooms, and the thoughtful attention to detail throughout the experience — from decorative flowers at arrival to carefully prepared tea sets following treatments. Thai massage is a popular choice, and reviewers note that the quality of bodywork is a clear strength of the spa. The open, airy design of the treatment spaces gives the experience a distinctly relaxed, resort-like feel rather than a clinical one. Parvati Spa is open every day from 11am to 9pm, making it accessible for both afternoon and evening appointments. Walk-in visitors are welcome, though booking in advance is advisable, particularly during busy periods when availability can be limited. Weekday discounts have been noted by past visitors, so it is worth checking for any current promotions before booking. The spa is accessible to non-resort guests, making it a worthwhile stop for travellers passing through Chiang Rai who want to incorporate a quality wellness experience into their itinerary.

Visitor Reviews
Because it was such a popular hotel, I had to wait until 3 p.m. to check in. I happened to see a 50% weekday discount on my appointment. I love spa massages, so I booked through a messenger app, and it went perfectly. The messenger agent was very professional, quick, and punctual. She was also friendly and spoke English well. I was assigned a one-hour Thai massage. The therapist was named "Nut." She gave me the strong massage I wanted and spoke English well. While small talk isn't necessary, it's helpful for foreign guests to be fluent in English for work-related matters. She was punctual and gave me a massage that completely relieved my fatigue. I'd love to come back again. It was a great experience.
The atmosphere is amazing- greenery and peaceful with bird chirping sounds, the treatment room is spotless and attention to details for the whole experience! They put a beautiful flower and relaxing scent so you don’t stare at the floor tiles eventually I fell asleep so quickly. My masseuse Koi took very good care of me ensuring my comfort and room temperature while giving me a nice facial and massage treatment. I felt rejuvenated and relaxed.
Beautiful spa experience in Chiang Rai. Spacious grounds and rooms, open, airy salas in gardens with water features. The treatment was excellent, massage bed very comfortable, therapist professional and attentive with good English too. The current 50% off treatments between 11am and 4 pm make it a very good deal.

Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
