เชียงรายสเตชั่นนวดเพื่อสุขภาพ Chiangrai massage
Tucked along Nhong Boor Road in the Mueang district of Chiang Rai, this dedicated massage spa has built a strong reputation among both travellers and locals for delivering serious, results-focused therapeutic massage. It specialises in traditional Thai massage and sports massage, with therapists consistently praised for their technical skill and firm, purposeful technique. Visitors with specific concerns such as back pain, shoulder tension, or muscle fatigue will find the therapists receptive to communicating about problem areas before treatment begins. The atmosphere is clean and professional, with reviewers noting fresh-smelling rooms and a focused wellness environment rather than a decorative day-spa experience. Sessions are genuinely hands-on — those expecting a gentle or light-touch massage should be prepared for deep, thorough work. Popular treatment options include one-hour neck, shoulder, and back massages as well as two-hour sports massage packages, and pricing is noted by visitors as reasonable for the quality offered. The spa is open every day of the week from 9am to 9pm, making it easy to fit into almost any itinerary. However, it can fill up quickly, particularly during peak tourist hours — arriving early in the day or during mid-afternoon on weekdays improves the chance of securing a spot without a wait. The location can be slightly tricky to find, so checking their Facebook page for directions or current service details before visiting is worthwhile.

Visitor Reviews
Very good massage! I had the one hour neck, shoulders, back massage and my partner had the one hour sports massage. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Our massage therapists were very strong and skilled. Really took their time working on our biggest problem areas and even incorporated pressure points. Really liked that they had beds that allow you to lay flat and have your head in a face cradle so your not cramping your neck on a pillow. Been living in Thailand for close to 2 years and had over 100 massages. I would put this place in my top 10 best massage I have had. Only small complaint was the AC was a bit cold for me but otherwise a great experience!
Great massage shop in Chang Rai. I have had many massages before but l must say this is probably the best. I have a back and shoulder problem so l told them this. I had the sport massage for 2 hours with balm and hot oil. The man who massaged me was very experienced and did a very strong massage. After the massage l felt great my back and shoulder was pain free. The shop is very clean so are the toilets. I will return for a body scrub and massage next. The prices are very reasonable and service is very professional. Highly recommend this shop for healing massage. The massage menu is extensive to suit your needs.
Great massage! I got here and the place was full but luckily I got a spot! I had the 1hr neck and shoulder massage and it was the best I had so far in Thailand, and I already had a couple! Super friendly and exactly the pressure needed to get rid of pain and discomfort. Highly recommend coming here!

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
