Naem nuang is the reason to come, and honestly it's the reason most people walk through the door at all. Grilled pork, rice paper, a pile of fresh herbs and the condiments to go with them, all landing on the table for you to wrap yourself. The dining room is big, which matters here, because this place gets busy at the obvious hours.
