Jomtien Night Market
Situated on Kwan Mueang Road directly across from Jomtien Beach, this open-air night market draws both locals and tourists with its broad mix of street food, clothing, souvenirs, and body care products. What sets it apart from other Pattaya markets is the remarkable diversity of its food offerings — visitors regularly highlight everything from Thai classics to Indian curries, Mexican dishes, burgers, crepes, and churros, making it a strong choice for groups with varied tastes or dietary requirements. Halal and vegetarian options are well represented alongside traditional Thai fare. The atmosphere is relaxed and unhurried, with the beach just steps away — many visitors pick up food from the stalls and walk along the waterfront as the sun goes down. The market is sized generously without feeling overwhelming, and prices across both food and shopping stalls are consistently noted as reasonable. The market runs every night of the week from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, so there is no need to plan around a specific day. Arriving closer to opening time is a practical choice for those who want to browse before the crowds build and to catch the last of the evening light over the beach. Comfortable, breathable clothing is recommended, as the market is entirely outdoors.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jomtien Night Market is my go-to spot when I don’t even know what I’m in the mood for. So many delicious food options that something always catches your eye—and your appetite. It’s an open-air food court right by the beach, relaxed and easy, with great energy and ocean breeze. You sit down, eat well, and feel genuinely happy you’re there. Excellent experience. Try it—you’ll like it.
Best night market I've been to and I have travelled a lot of Thailand. My favourite was the Indian curry station, my partner enjoyed the burger stand. The mexican was very good also. Huge choice of Thai foods available too. Best part - 30baht smoothies

Tips for Visiting Markets & Shopping
Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
