Visitor Reviews
If you’re in Pattaya, you have to check out Jomtien Night Market. It’s perfectly located right across the street from the beach, so you can grab your food and take a sunset stroll along the water. The atmosphere is lively but relaxed, making it a great spot to spend the evening. The market has an amazing mix of food stalls along with clothing vendors, souvenirs, and all kinds of fun little oddities you didn’t even know you needed. Whether you’re craving something savory, sweet, or refreshing, you’ll find it here. From grilled seafood and Thai favorites to desserts, fresh juices, and smoothies — the variety feels endless. One of the best parts? The prices are super affordable, so you can try a little bit of everything without breaking the bank. It’s the perfect place to snack, shop, and soak up the local vibe all in one spot. Definitely a must-visit if you’re spending time in Pattaya! 🌴
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jomtien Night Market is my go-to spot when I don’t even know what I’m in the mood for. So many delicious food options that something always catches your eye—and your appetite. It’s an open-air food court right by the beach, relaxed and easy, with great energy and ocean breeze. You sit down, eat well, and feel genuinely happy you’re there. Excellent experience. Try it—you’ll like it.
Best night market I've been to and I have travelled a lot of Thailand. My favourite was the Indian curry station, my partner enjoyed the burger stand. The mexican was very good also. Huge choice of Thai foods available too. Best part - 30baht smoothies

Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
