Bollywood Club Patong, Phuket (Indian night club )
Tucked into the heart of Patong's entertainment district, this Indian-themed nightclub carves out a distinctive niche on Bangla Road by delivering an authentic Bollywood experience far from home. Live performers, dholak drumming, and Hindi music create an atmosphere that regularly draws Indian travellers seeking a taste of home alongside curious international visitors looking for something beyond the standard Phuket club scene. Special occasions like Republic Day see the venue go all out, with themed performances and a crowd energy that reviewers describe as genuinely transporting. Beyond the dancefloor, the venue also serves food, and guests have noted the Indian dishes as a satisfying accompaniment to the night out. The atmosphere skews warm and social, with staff known for pulling guests into the celebrations rather than keeping things at a distance. That said, experiences with management have been mixed according to some visitors, and service consistency appears to vary on busy nights. Good to know: Specific opening hours are not listed online, so arriving after 9 PM during peak evenings is the safest approach to catching the full performance atmosphere. As the venue sits on or near Bangla Road, it is easily walkable from most Patong hotels. Groups and those celebrating occasions tend to get the most out of the experience, particularly on Indian national holidays when the programming is typically more elaborate.

Visitor Reviews
Had a fantastic time at Bollywood Club on Republic Day! The vibe was next level and it honestly felt like a piece of India in Phuket. The performers and staff were very warm and involved everyone in the fun, even inviting people to dance. Compared to other Indian clubs in other cities like Pattaya, this place feels much more about good energy and hospitality rather than just selling costly drinks. Food was great, crowd was fun, and overall it felt like home away from home. Must visit!
Really a superb vibe...visited at time of republic day... Had full indian vibe with dholak...indian songs....dancers on indian song.... Cost wise also okay and very different from Bollywood clubs in Pattaya where escorts force you to come inside...no such scene here...and they don't force you to purchase heavy amount things...it on you...enjoyed very much ....all praises for this club Hence very good club.. Indian must visit.. Paaji was superb dancer full dancer...
It feels like dining in India and the food is delicious, which helps ease my homesickness 🤭🤭. However, the lighting is a bit dim — I would suggest adding more brightness so that the food can be seen clearly and enjoyed with a better dining experience.
Tips for Visiting Nightlife & Bars
Carry Your Passport or a Copy
Clubs and some bars check IDs strictly, especially in Bangkok's Thonglor, RCA, and Sukhumvit areas. A photo of your passport info page on your phone usually works, but carrying a laminated photocopy is safer.
Know the Closing Times
Legal closing time is 2 AM for most venues, though enforcement varies. In Bangkok's designated entertainment zones (RCA, Silom Soi 2/4, Khao San), some clubs stay open until 4 AM. Islands tend to be more relaxed about hours.
Buy Bucket Drinks Cautiously
Island bucket drinks (mixed spirits in a small bucket) are cheap and fun but notoriously strong and inconsistent. Stick to one, stay hydrated, and never leave your drink unattended at beach parties.
