Cozy House Bar & Restaurant
Cozy House Bar & Restaurant is a relaxed neighbourhood bar tucked along Thanon Utarakit in Krabi town, drawing a mix of travellers and locals with its unpretentious vibe and genuine hospitality. Live music is a regular feature, with visitors noting that the resident band delivers an impressive performance — a familiar face for those who have passed through Pai or Chiang Mai. The bar has a warm, social atmosphere that avoids the pushy, commercialised feel common in tourist-heavy spots. Free games including a pool table add to the easygoing appeal, and the cocktails come recommended by regulars. Food is also on the menu, though some visitors have reported slow service in the kitchen, so it may be worth managing expectations if ordering a full meal during busy periods. Prices are considered fair, and the staff are consistently praised for being friendly and attentive. Cozy House suits travellers looking for a genuine night out in Krabi town rather than the busier beach bar scene found further afield. It functions well as both an early evening drinks stop and a later-night hangout. As opening hours are not publicly listed, it is worth checking ahead or simply turning up in the early evening when the bar is typically winding up for the night.

Visitor Reviews
The staff is really nice and polite, the pool table is free and it doesn't feel like a money grab, the prices are actually fair. I personally don't like weed but for those who do, I think they have it there because the smell was quite strong.
A little cozy place with live music that visitors may know from Pai or Chiang Mai. A relaxed place with a good atmosphere. The band, they look all very young is incredible. Definitely worth a visit to have a drink or two.
Extremely nice bar. Good vibes, amazing live music and super friendly and helpful barkeepers. They also have games you can use for free and they showed football!
Tips for Visiting Nightlife & Bars
Carry Your Passport or a Copy
Clubs and some bars check IDs strictly, especially in Bangkok's Thonglor, RCA, and Sukhumvit areas. A photo of your passport info page on your phone usually works, but carrying a laminated photocopy is safer.
Know the Closing Times
Legal closing time is 2 AM for most venues, though enforcement varies. In Bangkok's designated entertainment zones (RCA, Silom Soi 2/4, Khao San), some clubs stay open until 4 AM. Islands tend to be more relaxed about hours.
Buy Bucket Drinks Cautiously
Island bucket drinks (mixed spirits in a small bucket) are cheap and fun but notoriously strong and inconsistent. Stick to one, stay hydrated, and never leave your drink unattended at beach parties.
