Index Living Mall Phuket
Index Living Mall Phuket is a large-format shopping destination devoted entirely to furniture, home décor, interior design, and lifestyle products. Unlike general malls, every retailer under this roof focuses on home goods, spanning contemporary furniture, decorative accessories, and home improvement products across a broad range of price points. The mall also hosts workshops and creative classes on occasion, which visitors have described as relaxing and enjoyable experiences worth seeking out. The atmosphere is noticeably spacious and unhurried, making it a comfortable place to browse without the crowds typical of tourist-oriented shopping centres. It draws a mix of expats and locals furnishing properties in Phuket, as well as travellers looking for quality décor pieces. The consistent daily hours of 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM across all seven days make scheduling a visit straightforward. Situated in the Tambon Wichit area, the mall sits away from the main beach zones and central Phuket, so independent transport is strongly recommended. Taxis, rental vehicles, or ride-sharing apps are the practical options, as the location is not walkable from most hotel areas. Those intending to purchase larger items should be aware that some customers have reported recurring delays with delivery scheduling, so it is worth confirming timelines and logistics carefully at the point of purchase before committing to an order.

Visitor Reviews
It was a fantastic experience. The teachers were very patient and attentive in their instruction. I hope to participate in such fun classes again. These activities are very relaxing and therapeutic.
Best shoping mall for home furnitures and decorate
3rd time i ordered things with delivery. All 3 times delay. Nice friendly service but now it seems to me that they dont know what they are doing. I had to sit and wait at my house all day and this is the most annoying part. They didnt even bother to call me. I even contacted index online. They said they would help me but never came back with any answers. I dont want to shop here anymore

Tips for Visiting Markets & Shopping
Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
