Index Living Mall Phuket
Index Living Mall Phuket is a large-format shopping destination focused exclusively on furniture, home improvement, interior décor, and lifestyle products. Unlike general shopping centres, the entire mall is dedicated to home goods, making it a practical stop for those furnishing or decorating a property in Phuket, as well as travellers seeking quality décor pieces to bring home. Multiple retailers are gathered under one roof, covering everything from contemporary furniture to decorative accessories across a range of price points. The atmosphere is noticeably spacious and unhurried compared to busier tourist-oriented malls, and regular visitors praise the wide product selection and pleasant browsing environment. The mall also occasionally hosts workshops and creative classes, which some visitors have found enjoyable and relaxing. That said, those planning to purchase larger items and arrange delivery should be aware that some customers have reported delays with delivery scheduling, so it is worth confirming timelines carefully before ordering. Located in the Tambon Wichit area rather than central Phuket or the main beach zones, the mall sits away from typical tourist traffic, which keeps it relatively quiet. Independent transport is recommended, whether by taxi, rental vehicle, or a ride-sharing app, as the location is not easily walkable from most hotel areas. Opening hours are consistent every day of the week from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, making it straightforward to plan a visit around other activities on the island.

It was a fantastic experience. The teachers were very patient and attentive in their instruction. I hope to participate in such fun classes again. These activities are very relaxing and therapeutic.
Best shoping mall for home furnitures and decorate
3rd time i ordered things with delivery. All 3 times delay. Nice friendly service but now it seems to me that they dont know what they are doing. I had to sit and wait at my house all day and this is the most annoying part. They didnt even bother to call me. I even contacted index online. They said they would help me but never came back with any answers. I dont want to shop here anymore

Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
