Visitor Reviews
This was my first time staying at Grande Centre Point Pattaya, and I have to say, it made a wonderful first impression. The hotel is still quite new, and from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm, genuine smiles at the front door. Check-in was just as pleasant — the front desk team greeted us with such positive energy and enthusiasm that it instantly set the tone for our stay. It’s always nice when hospitality feels natural rather than scripted. One of the biggest highlights has to be the swimming park. It’s not just a pool — it’s practically a mini water adventure. While my wife and I were relaxing in the pool, we were happily invited to join a water aerobics class. Even though most of us were a little shy at first (myself included!), the coach’s passion was contagious. At one point he even jumped into the pool and started a “human train” — safe to say we didn’t expect that much cardio on vacation, but it was absolutely worth it! The water park area is beautiful, super clean, and very well maintained. The facilities — including the washrooms and shower stalls — feel modern and high-end. And yes, there’s even a waterslide, which brings out the inner child no matter your age. Another major perk is the hotel’s direct connection to Terminal 21 Pattaya. Having a private entrance straight into the mall felt like a small VIP privilege. It’s incredibly convenient — shopping, dining, and entertainment are literally steps away. Dangerous for the wallet? Maybe. Convenient? Absolutely. Having previously stayed at Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri, I can honestly say both properties have their own unique charm and strengths. After three years in a row choosing this brand, I’m still genuinely impressed. Each stay has been consistently comfortable and memorable in its own way. Highly recommended, especially for families — or for adults who secretly still enjoy a good waterslide. We left happy, relaxed, and already talking about when we might come back. 😊
⸻ This hotel is in a very convenient location, linking walkway to Terminal 21 Pattaya. Very easy to shop, dine, and explore. Nearby, there is also a clean and lively night market with a wide variety of food options. The hotel features a modern design with a subtle, space-inspired atmosphere. The room size is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with a modern touch, and comes with a balcony offering a panoramic view. During the New Year period, the room rate was around 6,000 THB per night, which felt reasonable for the location and overall quality. The swimming pool is family-friendly and especially enjoyable for children, featuring robot-themed play areas. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide selection of Thai dishes such as rice porridge, noodles, rice with Thai curry, and American breakfast. The surrounding area is full of restaurants, massage shops, and popular Pattaya attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city. Overall, this hotel stands out for its convenience, cleanliness, and good breakfast. The staff were also very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service.
Stayed here with a large group of around 140 people from our company and partner’s, and the experience was very smooth. Check-in was quick and well organized despite the crowd. Rooms are not very spacious but comfortable with adequate space. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety, and the rooftop view is amazing. I especially loved the artificial stars on the room ceiling, such a lovely touch!! The location is very convenient, right next to Terminal 21 Pattaya, with many shopping centers, restaurants, and massage places within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, keeping their warm smiles even during busy times. I would happily stay here again and plan to return with my family! Thank you so much to the staff for their kindness and hospitality!!
