Grande Centre Point Pattaya

4.7(5,767 reviews)

The skywalk is the reason to book this one. It drops you straight into Terminal 21 Pattaya, so shopping, dinner and the night market nearby happen without you setting foot on a hot pavement. If you're travelling with people who wilt in the heat, or with a group, that connection earns its keep.

The look is modern with a space theme running through it, right down to artificial stars on the room ceilings. Rooms come with a balcony and a panoramic view, and they're kept properly clean. Size is where opinions split: plenty of guests call them spacious, while one large corporate group found them merely adequate. I'd read that as comfortable rather than generous. Breakfast variety gets consistent praise, and the rooftop restaurant runs a tasting course menu with staff who can actually talk you through the spices. There's a pool and a spa too. Free wellness sessions, Thai boxing on Friday mornings and Pilates on Saturday, are a genuine extra.

One guest paid around 6,000 THB a night over New Year, so expect peak pricing at the big dates.

This was my first time staying at Grande Centre Point Pattaya, and I have to say, it made a wonderful first impression. The hotel is still quite new, and from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm, genuine smiles at the front door. Check-in was just as pleasant — the front desk team greeted us with such positive energy and enthusiasm that it instantly set the tone for our stay. It’s always nice when hospitality feels natural rather than scripted. One of the biggest highlights has to be the swimming park. It’s not just a pool — it’s practically a mini water adventure. While my wife and I were relaxing in the pool, we were happily invited to join a water aerobics class. Even though most of us were a little shy at first (myself included!), the coach’s passion was contagious. At one point he even jumped into the pool and started a “human train” — safe to say we didn’t expect that much cardio on vacation, but it was absolutely worth it! The water park area is beautiful, super clean, and very well maintained. The facilities — including the washrooms and shower stalls — feel modern and high-end. And yes, there’s even a waterslide, which brings out the inner child no matter your age. Another major perk is the hotel’s direct connection to Terminal 21 Pattaya. Having a private entrance straight into the mall felt like a small VIP privilege. It’s incredibly convenient — shopping, dining, and entertainment are literally steps away. Dangerous for the wallet? Maybe. Convenient? Absolutely. Having previously stayed at Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri, I can honestly say both properties have their own unique charm and strengths. After three years in a row choosing this brand, I’m still genuinely impressed. Each stay has been consistently comfortable and memorable in its own way. Highly recommended, especially for families — or for adults who secretly still enjoy a good waterslide. We left happy, relaxed, and already talking about when we might come back. 😊

Stayed here with a large group of around 140 people from our company and partner’s, and the experience was very smooth. Check-in was quick and well organized despite the crowd. Rooms are not very spacious but comfortable with adequate space. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety, and the rooftop view is amazing. I especially loved the artificial stars on the room ceiling, such a lovely touch!! The location is very convenient, right next to Terminal 21 Pattaya, with many shopping centers, restaurants, and massage places within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, keeping their warm smiles even during busy times. I would happily stay here again and plan to return with my family! Thank you so much to the staff for their kindness and hospitality!!

We really like staying here. The room is beautiful, clean and spacious. Love their breakfast variety. We had a free Thai boxing classes with King, Bell and Tuy on Friday morning and Pilates with Aora on Saturday which has been amazing. Call reception to book in advance. Highly recommend
