The Sky32 Restaurant
Perched on the 32nd floor of the Grande Centre Point Hotel at Terminal 21 Mall, this rooftop restaurant offers some of the most expansive elevated views in Pattaya. The combination of an open sky walk for strolling and photography, alongside a comfortable indoor dining area, gives guests the flexibility to enjoy the setting on their own terms. Sunset is a particular draw, with the westward-facing position making early evening arrivals especially rewarding. The menu leans toward considered, restaurant-style cooking — dishes like crab cannoli reflect a kitchen with genuine ambition rather than a venue coasting on its views alone. Service receives consistent praise from visitors, with staff noted for attentiveness and a welcoming approach. The atmosphere suits couples and groups looking for a polished dinner setting that steps away from Pattaya's busier street-level scene without feeling overly formal. Practically speaking, The Sky32 opens daily from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, making it an evening-only destination. Booking a table in advance is strongly recommended, particularly for sunset-hour seatings, which fill quickly. The restaurant is located within the Grande Centre Point Hotel complex, making it straightforward to find via the hotel entrance or Terminal 21 Mall. Smart casual dress fits the setting comfortably.

We booked a table for sunset and the sunset views are absolutely stunning. It’s lovely to walk around the sky walk to appreciate it and take photos. The food was excellent - crab cannoli was cooked fresh and was delicious. They don’t serve alcohol but you can bring your own. They even chilled our wine and poured it for us as well which I wasn’t expecting. Special mention to our waitress Freya. She was amazing from start to finish, helping us when we wanted to change tables to inside, spoke perfect English, and being so kind to my kids. Thank you, Freya!!
We booked a table for sunset, we arrived at the appointed time, the staff and Harry the manager welcomed us very kindly. The food was very tasty and the service was exceptional. Needless to say, the sunset here is the most beautiful in Pattaya, highly recommended!

Learn the Spice Scale
Say 'mai pet' for no spice, 'pet nit noi' for a little spice, or 'pet mak' if you want it Thai-hot. Most cooks will default to a toned-down version for foreigners unless you specify otherwise.
Follow the Crowds
The busiest street stalls are almost always the best — high turnover means fresh ingredients and a recipe that locals vouch for. An empty restaurant at dinner time is a red flag.
Ice Is Safe
Factory-made tube or cylinder ice (used in virtually all restaurants and stalls) is made from purified water and is safe to consume. You don't need to skip the iced Thai tea.
