Lotus's Market Village Hua Hin
Lotus's Market Village is a full-scale hypermarket and shopping centre on Phet Kasem Road, serving as a reliable one-stop destination for both residents and visitors to Hua Hin. The supermarket is the centrepiece, stocking a broad range of food and drink that spans international ingredients, locally sourced produce, meat, and a well-stocked alcohol section. Retail stores and dining options fill out the rest of the complex, making it especially practical for travellers on longer stays who need to restock on groceries or household essentials. The atmosphere is notably more relaxed than larger urban malls — softer lighting and reasonable acoustics make browsing unhurried rather than overwhelming. The basement level hosts a street food market that offers a more local experience, with affordable meals worth exploring before or after a shop. That said, organisation and stock availability can be inconsistent, so it is worth keeping expectations flexible if searching for specific items. Some imported produce, such as peppers, tends to be priced higher than expected, while staples like chicken and pork remain competitively priced. Open every day from 8am to 10pm, the centre fits easily around most itineraries. A practical approach is to arrive in the late afternoon — shop for groceries while the day cools down, then head to the basement food market for an inexpensive dinner before the evening sets in. On-site staff are generally noted as friendly and helpful, including assistance with larger purchases such as appliances.

Visitor Reviews
Excellent supermarket in a great location with a large selection of food, drink and household items. Staff are friendly and helpful. Some items like peppers are expensive, but chicken and pork are cheap. Short walk from the shop to the beach.
Huge supermarket with anything you’re likely to want. Every country’s cuisine you can think of is available here. They have a great alcohol selection too. The street food market on the basement level is phenomenal. Great prices, huge selection, and the area has AC. It’s like a great street market, but indoors and comfortable.
Must buy urgently a fridge and Khun Aek working in this section has been very helpful, professional and fast in his work. He speaks basics of English which helps a lot. Delivery was free and generally tip top. Very satisfied and do recommend to approach him if you need it.

Tips for Visiting Markets & Shopping
Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
