Healing Hand Massage
If you've picked up a sporting injury or you're carrying tension somewhere specific, this is the sort of Hua Hin massage shop worth walking past three others to reach. Reviewers keep coming back to the same points: therapists who actually treat the problem rather than going through the motions, a firm hand when you ask for one, and prices that stay low. An oil body massage runs around 300 baht. There's a 1.5-hour sports massage too, plus foot scrubs, foot massage and nail treatments if you're in for something gentler.
Don't come expecting a resort spa. The setting on Phet Kasem Road is clean and calm but plain, and the money goes into the treatment rather than the decor. That trade is fine by me. Therapists get named in reviews, which usually tells you the work is personal rather than production line, and the welcome comes up as often as the technique does.

Reviews from Google
We had an excellent experience here. The service was outstanding, and the massage therapists were both friendly and highly professional. This time we chose a foot scrub and foot massage, an oil massage, and a nail treatment. Every treatment was simply wonderful. The foot scrub left our skin soft and refreshed, while the massage released all tension and gave a deep sense of relaxation. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, making it easy to unwind completely. We walked out feeling renewed in body and mind, and we are certain we will return here again. I warmly recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality treatments and genuine care.
It's hard to find good therapeutic massage practicioners to treat sporting and other injuries, HHHM is the best lve found in Hua Hin to date. If your Thai isn't so good use translate to detail your conditions and what treatment you require over and above the normal massage offerings
I just had an amazing 1.5-hour sports massage, and it was a great relief for my body. I definitely recommend checking this place out!

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
