Our stay at Villa Horizon was nothing short of extraordinary — truly a one-of-a-kind experience. The villa itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and a prime location that makes enjoying Phuket effortless. But what truly sets Villa Horizon apart is the unmatched hospitality from Khun Aon and her incredible team — Kook, Chef, and Amy. From the moment we arrived, every detail was taken care of with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Khun Aon’s attentiveness, combined with the team’s promptness and seamless service, made our stay feel special and completely stress-free. Whether it was delicious meals prepared by the Chef, thoughtful touches from Kook and Amy, or Khun Aon’s personal dedication to making sure everything was perfect, their effort was felt in every moment. Villa Horizon isn’t just about luxury and views — it’s about the heartfelt service that makes you feel at home while being pampered. For anyone seeking the ultimate Phuket experience, this is a genuine 10/10. Would return in a heartbeat!

We had a truly memorable experience at Villa Horizon. The property is well designed, spacious and west facing with great (unobstructed and wide) sea views and even better sunsets every day. The service team led by Aon is what takes the whole experience to an even higher level. She was a 7* host, pre-empting our requests, lovely person and super professional and accommodating. Her team including Kook the barman who was topping up our drinks, organising the pool/bar area and helping with dinner service), Amy the cook who served up the highest standard food (we had all our meals at the villa and they beat most restaurants!) and Gift (the housekeeper maintaining the villa and our rooms to the highest standard). Finally the location of the villa was ideal as it was central to the island (on the west side). We would recommend Villa Horizon to any travelling group, perfect for a group of friends (as we were) or family setup given 6x bedrooms.

This villa is sooo amazing! It’s not easy to find such a beautiful place, but this one is truly incredible and luxurious. Khun Aon and the whole team are very nice, the masseur is excellent, and of course the chef deserves a special mention. They really deserve a good tip! They are all very kind. I wish I had bought something to give as a gift, but I wasn’t expecting them to touch my heart this much. Everything is personalized to your food preferences (I love a bit of spicy food and coffee, of course!). I would highly recommend this villa and the whole staff for taking care of us like family. Personally, I would love to come back soon! Our stay was very memorable and truly felt like a perfect holiday.
