About Samui Natien Resort
Sitting directly on Chaweng Beach, one of Koh Samui's most popular stretches of sand, this resort offers a rare combination of beachfront access and proximity to the island's main strip. Guests can step straight onto the beach from the property, while the vibrant restaurants, bars, and shops of Chaweng Road remain just minutes away on foot. For those seeking a quieter experience, the beach extends in both directions, making it easy to escape the bustle.
Accommodation ranges from standard rooms to a small number of beach view villas, which offer standout panoramic views and a more private setting. The pool area draws particular praise for its offshore landscape views, and open-air dining with early breakfast service — from 7am — suits guests looking to make the most of the mornings. Staff have been noted for their helpfulness with special requests, including in-room arrangements for celebrations.
Reception and services operate daily from 8:00am to 9:00pm, so guests with late-night needs should plan accordingly. The beach view villas are limited to just two, meaning early booking is strongly advised for those wanting that experience, particularly during high season when demand is at its peak. Travellers looking for a balance between a lively beach location and a relaxed resort atmosphere will find this property well positioned for both.

Super satisfied with our stay here for 6 nights on high season. We booked a beach view villa (only 2 exist) and altough it wasn't cheap (around 1k USD) it made every penny count. The villa itself has a spacious balcony to enjoy sipping your coffee in the morning and admire the beach. Room was super clean and daily maintenance brought many fresh towels and beach ones too. Water pressure is great and temperature reaches hot very quickly. Walk to the beach takes 30 seconds and you get free umbrella and sunbeds. Staff was very friendly, hats off! They assisted us always with everything we asked. Place is quiet, saw only one infant around. Atmosphere is relaxing and cool. You are in walking distance of everything, even the Mall here in Chaweng. The major downside is the restaurant because breakfast is very very poor and also the menu is lacking a lot. Also the rooms have no closets for your stuff so you will need to improvise a lot unfortunately. Another minus was an ant infestation (eeny weeny thai ants) which lived in the wooden coated walls and attacked everything edible you left on the main tray in the room. For its location and service this hotel really deserves all the attention and I highly recommend it. Cheers from Transilvania, Romania.
Wow!! What a beauty!! Simply stay in Room no:501, and enjoy the best view across Koh Samui😍❤️🤩 This property is gifted with some unbelievable offshore landscape right infront of its swimming pool!! Great Amenities in room, complimented by a generous staff!! This Resort made my stay 5x better😍🤩❤️ And yes, this beautiful property sits right in the middle of Chaweng Market, yet you don't feel the hush hush once you step into it!!
The room (No.: 403) was dirty on arrival, but after we reported it to the reception, they cleaned it tomorrow morning and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. After that, it was kept clean every day. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, and a nice mix of European and Thai dishes. We really enjoyed the variety and the beachside location of the restaurant. The staff was always helpful, kind and polite with us. The male receptionist spoke very good English and made check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The hotel team made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The à la carte food was also delicious, especially the Thai dishes we ordered. Presentation and portion size were both satisfying. The beach was clean and good, even though the water had a bit of algae. Compared to other beaches on the island, this one was still one of the better and calmer spots. We really appreciated being able to relax there. The happy hour cocktails were tasty and came with a good discount, a perfect way to enjoy the sunset by the sea. The only thing I didn’t like was the coffee at breakfast, it was quite bad, and there was no alternative milk (lactose-free or plant-based options). This would be easy to improve for guests with dietary needs. Altogether, it was a very good experience. A lovely hotel with a beautiful tropical garden, nice rooms, and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it.

Tips for Visiting Hotels & Resorts
Compare OTAs and Direct Rates
Always check the hotel's own website after finding a rate on Agoda or Booking.com. Many Thai properties offer a best-rate guarantee or throw in perks like free breakfast when you book direct.
Pool Villa Doesn't Mean Expensive
Private pool villas in Krabi, Hua Hin, and Chiang Mai start around 2,500–4,000 THB/night — a fraction of Bali or Maldives prices. Search specifically for 'pool villa' to surface hidden gems.
Location Matters More Than Stars
A well-located 3-star hotel often beats a remote 5-star resort. In Bangkok, staying near a BTS or MRT station saves hours; on islands, proximity to the beach you actually want matters most.
