Palm Villa - Modern Luxury & Exclusive Villa Resort
Nestled among traditional paddy fields in the San Sai district on the outskirts of Chiang Mai, Palm Villa is a privately owned luxury resort that consistently impresses guests with its exceptional attention to detail and generously proportioned spaces. The property stands apart from its surroundings, offering a secluded retreat that feels both grand and intimate, with interiors that are beautifully appointed throughout. Guests can expect an immersive, resort-style experience managed by hands-on hosts who are known for their warmth and attentiveness. The villa is particularly well suited to families and small groups seeking a private, self-contained base from which to explore northern Thailand. The surrounding area retains a local, unhurried character, with independent cafes, pubs, and convenience stores within easy reach, giving the stay a sense of place beyond the property itself. Given the exclusive nature of the resort and its strong reputation among returning visitors and word-of-mouth referrals, booking well in advance is strongly recommended, especially during Chiang Mai's peak travel season from November through February when the weather is cooler and dry. Prospective guests are encouraged to visit the official website at palmvilla-chiangmai.com to check availability and review accommodation options before arrival.

Visitor Reviews
Palm Villa is an excellent choice for an extraordinary family vacation. This luxurious property stands out among traditional paddy fields and private dwellings, locally owned cafes, pubs, and convenience stores. Elegant coy fish swim beneath your feet as you make your approach to the entryway, where you are greeted by an enormous crystal chandelier and a life-sized dinosaur that sets its own creative tone. This house is huge and extravagantly furnished in every aspect, with 4 large themed bedrooms, each with its own individual spacious en-suite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, diving over the waterfall that connected two split-level pools, relaxing in the sauna, lounging by the bar, playing a round of pool, watching late-night movies in the theatre, taking family photos on the terrace, and enjoying the premium inclusions that other vacation properties don't typically offer. Entertainment is thoughtfully provided for the entire family. An arcade Pac-Man machine, soccer table, gaming station, indoor rock climbing wall, Nerf guns, garden playground and good old fashioned board games provide hours of holiday enjoyment for both young and old. We even had the opportunity to top our stay off with an exquisite dining experience prepared by a Michelin chef. This is undoubtedly an award-winning home for those who would like to experience an award-winning holiday experience.
4 day stay with family of 5, 29th August to 2 September Were do I start....First of all Mai & Jon the hosts were amazing, very helpful, accommodating, and tried to make sure our stay was comfortable which it was to say the least. The whole property has a very thought out design and is is fully equipped with all facilities that you could possibly need, Great cinema and bar room as well. The house keeper ( I'm afraid I forgot her name ) is very helpful, she's there during the day but you'll never know she's there, she gets everything done with out being in the way in any manner. They even covered our taxi cost back to the airport which was very kind of them, If you're visiting Chiang Mai this is the place to stay, I see now why and how they won the award for best villa. Jon and Mai I know you have many plans for the future I wish you all the best and success. We will most definitely visit again in the near future. Amazing start to finish.
A treat for your eyes. Beautiful, serene and a perfect home away from home. Stayed in palm villa for 5 nights. Was recommended to me by a friend who previously stayed here. This place is extraordinary, full of amenities. Had a party organized at the house on my 3rd night. People came and everyone had blast of a time. Jon is a perfect host and a cool person. He is literally magician, you name a thing, and he will get for you within no time. If you are looking for luxurious place for your stay in Chiangmai. This is the one! No other choice.
Tips for Visiting Hotels & Resorts
Book Shoulder Season
May–June and September–October offer dramatic discounts (30–50% off peak rates) with fewer crowds. Weather is mixed but rarely a washout — afternoon showers clear quickly.
Compare OTAs and Direct Rates
Always check the hotel's own website after finding a rate on Agoda or Booking.com. Many Thai properties offer a best-rate guarantee or throw in perks like free breakfast when you book direct.
Pool Villa Doesn't Mean Expensive
Private pool villas in Krabi, Hua Hin, and Chiang Mai start around 2,500–4,000 THB/night — a fraction of Bali or Maldives prices. Search specifically for 'pool villa' to surface hidden gems.
